1900 park fare rehab..How will it affect DP users??

Hi, I am in the process of planning my dining for August. We had been looking at the GF cafe and possibly 1900 park fare. I have ruled these out now because of the 1900 park fare rehab. I did read that Citricos will be open for breakfast lunch and dinner to accomadate diners during the rehab. I realize that citricos is 2 credit table service for dinner but will it also be 2 for breakfast and lunch?? The cafe is only 1 but it will be a preplated character meal until October. Thank you to anyone with any info on this. oh and what about lunch at the cafe?? Is it not available??
