I personally love breakfast buffets. Apparently in our party of ten I am the only one.

Anyone out there have experience with a 11:15 - 11:30 am dine time? No one in our upcoming party wants to eat breakfast but would love to eat breakfast foods at lunch time. If we try to get the latest ADR time possibe do we have the possibility of the characters leaving or the food beginning to be cleaned up both of which could ruin the experience for the never been to the world peeps traveling in our party.

We have had the 11:30 time at 1900 twice. The food was still fresh and very good. They had closed down one side of the buffet, but kept fresh food on the other side( both sides have the same food.)

We do seem to see the characters all during the first part of our meal, however, they seem to have alot of time to spend with us. We take our time, and have been close to the last ones out. We have never felt rushed by our servers!

We like to have the later time, so we do not use our early AM touring time eating!

Have Fun!:wizard:

I haven't had a late breakfast at 1900 PF, but I have at many of the other breakfast buffets. I can tell you that's it's our favorite seating time. The place is clearing out so the character interaction is much better. Everywhere we have eaten the food has always been kept fresh and refilled. We do usually see all the characters during the first half of our meal, but that's fine with us. The interaction has always been great, they have spent a lot of time with us, and then afterwards we could enjoy the rest of our meal in a nearly-empty restaurant.

On our upcoming trip we have booked the last breakfast seating (or close to it) at Crystal Palace, Tusker House, and Chef Mickey's. :lovestruc

Thanks for your input - gonna put this one down for sure!!

We had a late breakfast ressie at 1900 PF once and we had to wait a while past our ressie time because the place was so packed. We were squished into this dinky table by the kitchen doors and there were larger parties around us and the characters didnt make it over to us they just waved to us. The Mad Hatter was the most annoying creature in the world, he was screeching so loud and the noise was giving me a headache!

The service was terrible....the waitress just ignored us.

The food was horrible....they had one omelette station open and the line was ridiculous. They were not replenishing the food so most was dried out and blech. The two items that were great...the bread pudding and the strawberry soup. Everything else was just gross.

Now I will say we had a late breakfast at Chef Mickeys and Cape May Cafe and didnt experience any of these things so maybe it was a fluke and I hope you have a better time of it than we did :goodvibes
