1900 Park Fare and the fireworks and water parade?

We have 7:00 adr's for 1900 Park Fare, can we watch the water parade and fireworks from there? Or would it be better to make our way back over to the Poly's beach? We are new at this. What time does the water show start if Wishes is at 9:00?

I'd suggest walking out to the Boat Dock at the Grand to view both the fireworks and the water parade.

Music is even piped out there for the fireworks.
