189 Pts $13/pt stays between 6/1/14-5/31/15

I have 189 points available for rent at $13/point.
My home resort is Villas at Wilderness Lodge (VWL).

I can book at VWL within the 11 month time frame or any resort within the 7 month time frame.

I have been a DVC member for almost 14 years. I have rented out to MANY people points that I cannot use.
This year we are not able to go as I have my daughter's wedding to plan and pay for. So renting these points will be very helpful!

If you want to request availability at resorts I will need:
1. Preference list of resorts
2. Room size and any view specifics
3. Number of people in room (Adults and Kids)
4. Kids ages at time of travel
5. Arrival and Departure dates
6. Any celebrations occurring while on property

I will check availability and get back with you.
I have a standard rental contract that I require being completed. This protects you as well as me.
I accept payment via money order or Paypal. If you choose Paypal I pass on the 3% fee that Paypal charges.

I checked availability for the dates you listed and there are no studios available with standard view, lake view or theme park view. I also checked a one bedroom at Bay Lake Towers and there is nothing available either. There are one bedrooms available at other resorts (VWL, Boardwalk, etc...) and there are studios available at other resorts (OKW, SSS, etc..).

If you are flexible about the resort let me know.

each under standard room if possible. Can pay with paypal, 3% ok.

For the VWL one bedroom on Aug. 24-29th it is 175 points. That would be $2275 + 3% paypal fee = $2343.25.

I cannot make Bay Lake Towers reservations that far out as my home resort is Villas at Wilderness Lodge. I can only make non-home resort reservations within the next 7 months. That means as of TODAY I can only make reservations with a check in date of Oct. 31st, 2014.
You will either need to find a member renting points who's home resort is Bay Lake Towers or wait about 4 more months to rent.

Nothing more than a night or two here and there for the Boardwalk.

Animal Kingdom has the first few nights but then starting Oct 3rd & 4th nothing is available at any view or category in a studio.

I checked a few other resorts. There is no rooms at VWL, BLT, OKW, and even SSS doesn't have Oct 4th night.

Unable to PM so I'm posting here.

Wanting to rent based on the following:

- Open to just about any 6-7 day span starting October 13 through November 9.
- Must be on monorail loop (BLT, GF) or on Boardwalk (BWV, BCV) so we're in walking distance to either MK or Epcot/DHS.
- Studio Only *standard view is preferred since it's fewer points but we'll try to work with what is available*

I do see nights available at SSS and some date combinations at AKL and OKW. I know these are not on your list of desired resorts.

There are several options when you have a checkin date of Sept. 3rd. I can only look at a 2 week window and I see availability checking in on 9/3 for two weeks at:

Boardwalk Villas - Deluxe Studio - Garden or Pool View
Depending upon the night it is either 15 or 16 points per night

AK Kidani Village - Savannah view room
Depending upon the night it is either14 or 16 points per night

SSS - Standard studio
between 12 & 15 points per night

Those are available for the two week period starting Sept. 3rd. Again I can only check two weeks at a time so let me know your preferred dates and I can check more accurately.

Hello! Not sure how to do a PM, but we are looking to rent points. I am trying to get our October vacation set up. We need a 1 bdrm at BLT for Oct. 20th-Oct 26th. From what I can tell, it looks as if it takes 182 points for the standard view. Is this available? Thanks in advance. ~Katherine
