180 days online but not by phone?

I am just a bit confused right now. I must admit that do use the online ADR calculators to know when to make my ADR's at 180 days out. We are checking in on November 21 and the online calculator on 2 sites told me that today, May 25, was my magical day to make ADR's for our Thanksgiving trip. I was able to book my ADR's for 180 plus 10 days online this morning by entering my reservation number. I wanted to modify one of my times and thought it might be easier just to call than to cancel and rebook. I just got off the phone and was told that I couldn't make or change my reservations because I am more than 180 days out. I told him that I already was able to make my reservations online this morning for my entire trip so I was sure it was 180 days out. But he told me to call back tomorrow... that even with my WDW reservation he could only make reservations for those with a check in of November 20 or before.

Which date is truly my 180 days out? and if it is actually tomorrow why was I able to book all of my ADR's this morning through November 27?

Regardless... I just went back online and canceled and rebooked my reservation for November 23

He was wrong, or his system was bugged out. The 180 day mark for 11/20 arrivals is 5/24 (yesterday) and for 11/21 is today.
