180 days for adr, but 10 extra for on site if staying at dolphin?

hi, we have read that you can now book adr's for 180 days out, and also that you can book for 10 days from your first day if staying on site,so can you book the extra days if you are staying at the dolphin or is just open to guests staying on disney owned property, i really hope this makes sense!!! thanks susie2
