We will be staying at BCR for the first half of our week in November and then off-site for the second half. I am making my ADRs today, and I noticed I can only book ADRs for the number of days we are staying. In other words, I can't book 180+10, I can only book 180+length of stay. Is this correct? And if so, do you think this applies to FP+ as well?

ETA: I found the answer: 180+length of stay.

Yes it is 180+ Lenghth of Stay for ADR's. FP + will be the same. Disney doesn't know of your off site stay.

This is also the same if you have an onsite split stay, at least it was when I was making ADRs for my January 2016 trip. At my 180, I could only book length of stay at POP (2 days) and then I had to do it again 2 days later for my 7 day stay at SSR. Now, I think when you're offsite, it is good to limit length of stay for Disney, but I think they need to recognize that I'm staying a combination of 9 nights on site and allow me to book my ADRs for the entire duration with a split stay.
