180 + 10 question

Hi! I'm trying to understand the 180 +10.

180+10 allows you to book all of your dining reservations for your entire trip in one call. Does it mean that your booking window opens early?

For example, if your 180 day mark is May 26th, that doesn't mean that you can book 10 days prior to that (May 16th), right?

You can book 180 days from your check in day plus the following 10 days. In other words, yes, you'd be able to start booking on the 26th, not the 16th.

The way I understand it, the +10 refers to up to days days during your stay, so you can make ADR's for your arrival days 180 days before you arrive, and you can also make ADR's for the next day (180 + 1), and the next (180+2), and so on up to the 10th day of your stay.

I believe it gives people checking in up to 10 days before you a head start at getting the ADR on your arrival day, so there is generally less competition for days later in your stay, i.e. you have a better chance getting BOG on the 10th day of your trip than the first, assuming you call 180 days prior to the first day.
