O.K. I have different Cast memebers telling me different things. (imagine that ;) ) I am hoping some can explain this to me.

Two days ago I talked to a Cast member (at reservations) and she told me that since I was staying on property I could book 190 days in advance. June 2 is my 180 days. So she told me actually start calling on May 23. For Cindy's BF she said to call on Friday and told me how fast it books and all and to make sure I call right at opening.

My confusion is that I just called to made an ADR for Nov. 30. They told me that I couldn't and that 180 +10 means that I still have to wait 180 days but then I could book up to 10 days into my trip.

Which is correct? :confused3

You start calling at your 180 day mark and can make ADR's for up to 10 days after that date.

The second cast member is right- you can start booking ADRs 180 days before your check-in day, but you can make them for that check-in day as well as the rest of the trip (up to 10 days). That's where they get the 180 plus 10. It used to be that you could book a certain number of days before you wanted to eat (it was 90 days at the time) but then you had to call back every day for the next day of your vacation. So adding the "plus 10" was to make it more convenient for those guests staying on property. I think the new policy is still confusing a couple of disney dining phone people. Happy planning!
