18 yo and teen program?

Will my 18 yo DS be able to attend the 411 the first day and participate in the teen program if he choses? It seems that the first meet-up party is crucial to finding a group of kids to hang out with. Thank you.

Yes, I think so. My DD did, though most of the kids are in the 13 to 16 yo range.
