the stay in the premier was quite good. we sailed through to the departures after a lovely bottle of £4.75 bulmers. upstairs we had seats 80 h and k, it was great there as we had no-one to our left. on our flight we went past manhattan which was amazing to see, what a birds-eye view. on landing we sailed throgh immigration and baggage pick-up and were on the lynx bus to i-drive at 3 o clock. it doesnt get better than that. 2 dollars each even with our luggage. we walked down from wet and wild to the hotel and the wheels on the cases started to melt. at the hotel, we were given a ground floor suite overlooking the pool. 11 nights 55o quid from virgin holidays "book hotels" page on the va website, 850 quid marriott site with discount. they dont compare do they? its why id never book a holiday package. helped myself to a free 24-hour coffee station and chatted to the front desk staff about the ash-cloud. later on after leander had a rest, we went in the pool, what a contrast to being in work!!. we both felt hungry, so we went to chillis and had a plate of chicken tenders each. mine with honey chilli chipotle, hers plain. i had a bud light, im finding it hard not to drink cider, but i found some later on in the trip. we walked up to dairy queen in what turned out to be a nearly daily routine. we just strolled back and gave in to the tiredness.
