18 days with the 1 finger typist day 15

Woke at twenty to nine which meant wed had a great sleep. I went over and toasted another 2 of our bagels, ate them, showered and went to the bus depot. The first bus in was the animal kingdom, so off we went. I had been looking forward to seeing the finding nemo musical and we both found it very good and its a show id have no problem in seeing again, as we did with the flights of wonder. Before our booked lunch at tusker house, we did the kilimanjaro safaris and then got stuck in to the tremendously presnted fare at said restaurant. We are definitely eating here again. The queue for kali river rapids was far too long ,due to the heat, even though the park wasnt exactly full, so we decide to go over to mgm. We had a good look around the shops and then went to the playhouse live stage, where leander got really into what was going on and i found it quite moving. (STOP IT MITCH!!!!!!) Leander insisted on having her photos done with handy manny etc. so she could show our grand-daughter charlie. We stuck our heads tentatively round the door of the animation academy and we were so glad we did as we spent a little time drawing jiminy cricket and both enjoyed the experience immensely. The park was nearly closing and we didnt really know what to do next, so we went into the narnia attraction even though we hadnt seen the films (id read the book many years ago) but were impressed enough to watch the prince caspian one when we got back. I know. I should have watched TLTW and the wardrobe first!!. We then strolled around to epcot , to france, to throw more icing sugar down myself and to buy the nemo seagulls towel we spied on an earlier visit. Not realising that some rides stay open after closing, we jumped on the nemo ride, and how great are those seagulls outside? We watched illuminations over in future world by test track and then swam against the tide to get through the international gateway to the beach club, so we could catch a bus to dtd and grabbed a portion of fish and chips in raglan road. As we were already at the pleasure island area, we caught the bus there back tro the hotel and arrived back at 11. We realised that we had managed to stay out for 12 hours which was nice as weve long stopped worrying about getting full time value for our tickets, and are happy to just wander for an hour here and there and stick the price!! But 12 hours all the same was a rare thing for us. I must say how we enjoy the walking back and for to certain areas instead of being reliant on buses from a to b, and thats one of the blessings of not having kids with you. I can remember the irate moaning of the kids when we walked forom epcot to the espn club a few years back, and it isnt exactly far!! Tomorrow was mothers day and we expected the parks to be a lot fuller than normal, surprisingly , they werent that bad.............
