Pretty much the title - my 16 year old Grandchild has their own Disney account - I sent them an invitation so that they could see everything that was being planned for an upcoming trip thinking that since they were a minor I would still be able to manage their plans. But now I am no longer able to manage their plans and I was thinking about the fast and furious Genie+ / Lighting Lines buy in the mornings. If I do the rest of the group and then try to buy their LL with my CC I won't be able to get us all at the same time.

Is there a way that I can still manage their account? Or should I just delete them from the Friends and Family list and then re-add them?

I am F&F with my DS who has his own account. We can book G+ for each other without issue.

Even though it no longer states that I will manage their plans - I shouldn't have any problems getting them on my LL reservations? With the old fast pass system anyone that I traveled with that had their own Disney account I couldn't make their fast pass reservations - they had to be logged in and book them themselves. I just want to make sure that it wasn't still the same way with Genie+.

You don't need to manage someone's account to book lightning lanes for them. My mother is 56 and has her own account and I book her stuff.

Well maybe I didn't know how to did correctly but that is what I had to do anytime someone had their own MDE account. And unless it stated that I was managing the account - they or I had to log into their account and book fast passes.

I will go with the assumption that I can book their LL and hopefully I won't mess it up.

No. I booked FP+ for myself and DS#1 who was on my account, for DS#2 who has his own account and even for anyone I was traveling with that we were Friends and Family. I did it with many different people.

Perhaps you all have your settings in some way that is "not sharing".

@mmouse50 - As long as you’re linked to her in your F&F and she gives you permission to share plans and plan for her, you’ll be able to book Genie+, LL, ILL$ and ADRs that include her. You don’t have to “manage” her to do that.
