Hello! We have 211 March 2023 Boardwalk Villa DVC points available for TRANSFER only to another DVC member at $20 per point.
There can only be one transfer per year so will rent between 150-211 points to one individual. Once transferred, points will retain their March 2023 Use Year and Home Resort (BWV). Points can be used starting March 1, 2023, and can be banked into 2024 if banking is done by October 31, 2023. Banked points would then be usable until February 28, 2025.
NOTE #1: Please review the guidelines regarding the use of transferred points before seeking a transfer.
NOTE #2: The transfer of points is a final, irreversible transaction.

Have successfully transferred and rented out points in the past
TERMS:
1. Full payment is required upfront, before the transfer of points.
2. Paypal payment only
3. Buyer pays applicable Paypal fees
4. Once full payment has been made, the transfer will be made by three-way call with Member Services (buyer's DVC Membership number is required for the transaction).
