We haven't stayed in this loop since they changed it to premium.

Is there any issues anyone has had in this loop since they changed it. I thought I remembered some mention a while back about it being tight now??? :confused3
We have always been on the outer loop.

We have a 33' Class A. Just wanted to hear some first hand experiences. Didn't know if I should try another loop or we would be just fine.

Thanks guys! :goodvibes

I just looked at the youtube videos that someone did of the loops and it looks fine. I figured it would be but it is always nice to have the scoop from my fellow Disers. :thumbsup2

I have never stayed on the inner, or Little Bear loop. It looks a little tight to me though. I have become a big fan of 1400, esp. on the south side, near the comfort station. Great location for convience to the Meadows, campfire, and not a bad walk down to the Settlement either.

Stayed in little bear in Oct. 34 ft trailer and suv went around loop fine. :)

Big Bear Path is fine, and for the most part - the sites are still pretty well spaced. The biggest problem is with some of the sites on the canal. The concrete goes almost to the brink of the canal & Disney had to put parking bumpers on them so people would not back into the canal. It affects probably 10 sites, give or take.

Little Bear Path was already tight, and now looks similar to a parking lot with just a little grass between the spaces.

IMHO, 1400 should have been left alone and not upgraded. But then again, I think Disney went way overboard with the whole premium site thing.

We are in the 1400 loop, and this will be our first time at FW and new trailer owners as well !!

,,,wondering if we should request a move? Really want some space to stretch out...and of course DO NOT want to have to worry about backing into the canal

Can you request to be in a specific spot in 1400? Talk about being picky, lol, lol....

There is no single loop where every site is spacious. When you get to a bend in the loop's road, the sites naturally tighten up. If you ask to be placed in a lower number site in 1400, you'll be fine. IIRC, the very back side of the loop, say from sites 1420 to 1432, are the ones that back up to the canal.

Personally - as far as premium loops go - I prefer 900, 1100, & 1200.

Last time we were there we were 1418. That was a nice spot. Just starting into the turn if I remember correctly. I liked being against the canal for the different waterfowl that would come up to the site. That is actually why I picked this loop. I would never want to be in Little Bear.

The only premium we have been in was 400. We were 404. That was fine too. I had requested 800 but we came in a day early and 400 was what they had and we didn't want to set up for one night then move and liked the spot fine.

I will check out loops 900, 1100 & 1200.

Thanks for the input guys.

I called and requested 800 loop instead. Now I remember that is a pet loop and we won't be traveling with our dog to Disney. Does it really matter or should I go back to my request for 1400?

My problem is I think too much! lol :rotfl: I am obsessed with vacation planning.

Nah...it doesn't matter if you don't have your pup with you. 800 is a very nice loop.
