My daughter wants to know what the odds are that a 14-year-old girl will get picked to be in the Jedi training academy. I told her not to hold her breath. What's the oldest kid you've seen? (I'm assuming my 13-year-old boy is probably out too) :darth:

Why not a 14 year old? They would probably place your kids in the bottom part, rather than on stage, and they would probably fight Darth Maul, rather than Darth Vader.

Definitely bring a sign. That totally worked! They picked my kids practically first, and my son did this on 2 seperate days. My dd said she didn't want to the first day, and then changed her mind. (I think she was a little jealous of all the attention her little brother was getting ;) )

The DLR website lists the participant ages as four to 12. However, I don't know if they make any attempt to inforce the age. I personally don't see why they can't allow any age.

My 11 yo ds was chosen. He is average height - about 5 ft tall. I do believe, however, that he seemed to be the oldest kid in the group.

Rowdy teen boys running around with lightsabers...trying to cause bodily harm to one another...that'd be a giant headache for cms and the Disney legal dept.:sad2:
