14+ points for rent @ $13 pp

I have 14+ points to rent @ $13 per point, for reservation up to 11/30/2015.
The "+" means I'd like to rent for a reservation of at least 14 points, but can add more points to complete the reservation, as needed.
Payment through Paypal, half immediately after reservation is made and half 60 days before stay. No additional fees.
Please, no reservation within the next 40 days.

I'm sorry but these are banked points, cannot be transfered. I will open another thread to transfer 2014 points, but first I'd like to rent all banked points to avoid remaining with spare unusable points.
