So I came across this great free dining plan at WDW back in May! I show it to my neighbour and she is really interested in going. I look into going also as it's a good deal and the rumors on the Dis is that it might be the last year for free dining. So we decide to book for the full 14 nights. At the last minute my sister asks how much more would it be if I take her oldest daughter? Well not much! So now we have 3 adults and 3 children going. Can we talk anyone else into joining us? No!

So we have:

Niece (4.5yrs) - K who is lactose intollerant
Myself - V
The neighbours
Mom - A
Dad - R
Son #1 (9yrs) - B
Son #2 (4.5 yrs) - C

I am the only one who has been before so I take the job of planning our dining reservations and what park we will attend each day. We decided on doing most of the EMH as we are 3 hours behind WDW time.

We also decide to fly out of Seattle as it will save us lots of money! We book a Park n' Fly in Seattle for the night before our flight.

The day before we arrive at WDW:

We plan on leaving and heading down to Seattle between 2:30-3:00pm on Thursday Sept. 4th. Well, the neighbours were running late! We finally loaded all the luggage into the van and were on our way. After crossing the boarder, they decide to stop at a little drive thru coffee shop to get some coffee and snacks. I am shocked that the coffee shack has a cookie that doesn't contain any dairy. So K gets to have a breakfast cookie, she eats almost half of the large cookie.

We finally arrive at the Skyway Inn and check in. We are shocked to find out that we don't have a park n'fly room booked and now have to pay extra $ for parking. We are not impressed. We take our bags up to the suite that we booked and find that there isn't a sofa or a microwave that is supposed to be there. We call down to the front desk and try to get answers about this little problem. We call the central reservation # that I used to book the room and get very little information and no help. So we (adults) are mad. We check online to see if we can find another park n' fly that is cheeper or similar in price-no luck. We are all hungry so we head to IHOP for dinner.

We get some sleep and get up early for our 7am flight. With 6 of us getting up and using the bathroom it took awhile. We rushed out of the room grabbing the luggage and took it to the shuttle. A was in charge of making sure we had everything out of the room. We got in the shuttle van and were on our way. When the luggage was unloaded I noticed that one of my bags was missing! I knew exactly where it was in our room at the Skyway Inn. R took the shuttle back to get it and was back in record time. R saves the day! I'm sure glad we got the shuttle at the time I wanted, if we had the later time that A wanted my luggage may have not made the trip to WDW!

The day we arrive at WDW:

Our flight leaves at 7am from Seattle and then we transfer at Atlanta to a flight to Orlando. I found out our flight times had some changes after we booked and was able to get an earlier flight out of Atlanta with AirTran. So that put us in Orlando at 5:11pm.

We had a short wait at the ME check in and we waited about 15 minutes for a bus to Pop Century. The bus did wait another 5-10 minutes for more passengers. The check in line at Pop was quite short and we were checked in quickly. K was given a 1st Time button. I asked about the stroller I had ordered online at albeebaby and was told it was there. They did not have anyone around to help get it to our room so I had to try and carry it and two backpacks and a small rolling carry on luggage. My neighbours were still checking in-they walk much slower than me and they like to take smoke breaks! I did finally manage to get all our belongings to our room. I then set about getting the stroller unpacked and put together. K watched TV while I did this. I purchased a Prego P3 stroller and it was great!

We then went down to the food court and I asked about a chef for K. I believe that this is when we first met chef K (she has the same name as my niece). Chef K was able to make K a pizza with soy cheese. I had been in contact with Brenda B about K being lactose intollerant and they had soy and tofu products available for her. Chef K went over the options for the kid's meals and showed me where the dairy free chocolate chip cookies, brownie and the soy milk were. K tried the chocolate soy milk and the brownie for the first time. She liked the soy milk but not the brownie. She of course loved the pizza. I had the Parmesan Chicken with a salad and a chocolate cake for dessert. Chef K appoligized that the cheese doesn't melt very well - I have seen worse, the soy cheese we have lookes like melted plastic! My neighbours had already finished eating by the time we brought our food to the table. I can't comment on what they had! My niece and I enjoyed our food. We went and bought K an autograph book so that she would have one for tomorrow's breakfast.

Day 1 : Animal Kingdom

Today we had reservations for Donald's Breakfast Safari at Tusker House. I awoke and got ready for our first day in WDW, I think I got about 5 hours of sleep. I actually ironed clothes as it was so early and I didn't want to wake K up with a shower. I was not sure how I would do with such little sleep considering that the night before I only had about 5 hours also. I had a wake up call to get K up in the morning, she couldn't believe Stitch woke her up! I opened my door in the morning and found R standing outside our rooms. I did not notice that he was smoking until it was too late. I closed the door, but it didn't stop an asthma attack. I had my inhalers on me in the backpack at all times. Luckly I was able to get it under control with the medication.

My neighbours, K and I all went to Animal Kingdom together. We had time to do a few things before our 10:30 breakfast. We had some photos taken with Photopass and we met Stitch - this is K's favorite character so we waited in line. Then we saw Turk. R ran off to KS to get fastpasses for all of us while the rest of us waited in line for autographs and pictures.

We check in for our ADR at Tusker House and are called in a few minutes later. We have our picture taken and then are shown to our table. We are told the chef will be out in a minute to show us what K can eat at the buffet. The neighbours head to the buffet. I am told what is dairy free and the chef said he will make K some waffles that are dairy free. K had fun dipping her Mickey waffles in maple syrup. We leave fealing stuffed. There were so many things to eat. We all had jungle juice. R really liked it and had a few glasses.

After breakfast we all went on KS. Then we seperated. K and I went and saw the Pocahontas show and then the Lion King show. We had walkie talkies and were in communication with each other. K and I ate at Flame Tree BBQ and had the chicken, fries and the cornbread muffin. I ordered the key lime pie and a diet coke. I saved the cornbread muffin for breakfast the next day. There was still lots of food left so I tried getting R and A on the walkie talkies to come and get it. They were in Dinoland USA and couldn't figure out where we were so we met them in Dinoland with the leftover chicken.

We all walked over to the Finding Nemo show and found seats near the front. K had to go to the bathroom after about 5 mins of the show. So we wandered around and found a place for the parade. K fell asleep and missed the parade. We met up with the neighbours and then headed for the bus stop.

If we ate anything else it was at Pop Food Court. Not sure if we did or not. The days are kind of a blur now. I am using the journal I wrote for my niece to keep the days straight.

Up next day 2!

Hi Squirrel,

Enjoying your TR. We are also West Coasters and know how it takes an entire day to get out to WDW.

My Daughter has a severe peanut allergy and during both of our trips there the chefs have always been great at accommodating her.

14 days, wow. I'm so jealous! ;)

I hope you had a great time and look forward to the rest of your report.

Wow, looking forward to hearing how the 14 days went.

They did not have anyone around to help get it to our room so I had to try and carry it and two backpacks and a small rolling carry on luggage
They should send valet's from the BWI to the POP. They have way to many guys standing around. You can't sneak your luggage in without them wanting to help you.

Day 2 : Magic Kingdom

Today we got up and headed to the Magic Kingdom. K and I were on our own as the neighbours were still asleep. I took K to Buzz Lightyear first as it was her favorite ride last year at DL. She didn't like it this year! I tried to find something that she would like and decided that Tomorrowland Transit Authority would be good. She seemed to like it. I then took her over to Fantasyland and we rode on the Mad Tea Party. When I tried taking her to Winnie the Pooh she freeked out and started crying. I then took her over to IASW and Cinderella's Golden Carrousel. She then started crying because she didn't want to be on a horse only the sled. We rode on Peter Pan's Flight and I finally managed to get her on Winnie the Pooh. Well guess what her favorite ride was? Did you guess Winnie the Pooh? If you did than you are correct! I think we must have been on that ride about 20 times total with 4 admissions to the park (one was MNSSHP).

I did get her on PotC, HM, Magic Carpets of Aladdin and the Enchanted Tiki Room. She didn't freek out on those rides, but did mention later that the ghosts were going to follow me home-not her.

We did stop and get a Dole Whip Float-our first! We did have a Dole Whip at DL last year. The float is very nice on a hot day!

We met up with the neighbours at Crystal Palace for dinner. The chef came out and walk with me and K down the buffet line. He made K a plate of french fries as she won't eat mashed potatoes and also brought out some salmon without the sauce. He also said he had some Tofutti for dessert. K decided that she would like to try the vanilla Tofutti. We don't have it up here so I also tried a bit. It was good! She did mention many times that she just wanted a little bit of ice cream, but everytime they gave her a big bowl of it! We all enjoyed our meal. We had some problems with adults and children getting in the way of our turn with the characters! We had to ask for Piglet because we didn't get photos of him with two of the kids after some parent grabbed him from the next table.

After visiting with Pooh and friends we went on a few more rides and then watched Wishes. We then stayed for the EMH and went on Winnie the Pooh 4X in a row, only getting off the first time-because I didn't ask if we could stay on. After 4X I told K we had to go on something else! K bought some honey at the store as we exited the ride. She wanted to take it to Winnie the Pooh-I had it sent to our resort. The CM at the counter tried to give K a tinkerbell pin off her lanyard, but K said no thank you! We went on the tea cups and IASW again. We then met up with the neighbours and went down main st. K and C fell asleep in their strollers. R, A and B all went and had their photos from the Family Fun Parade put on the Photopass Card while I watch the sleeping kids. The line for the buses was very long but they opened up two lines for the Pop buses. We waited a little while but the buses were coming often. No stop at the food court tonight to refill our mugs as the food court was closed.

Hi squirrel, can't wait to read more! At least you've started yours, we've been back for 2 weeks now and I haven't started mine yet. Need to soon or I'll forget the particulars.

So, did you or your neighbors rent a car for a few days? I enjoyed talking to him when he picked up fridge and other stuff. :goodvibes

No car this time!

We booked bounceback for the same time next year but in October. They want to split WDW with Universal and Bush Gardens. I want to stick with WDW, I do have a 7 day Universal pass though. I really want to take my niece again. She was able to eat just about anything any other child was. Up here she can't eat hotdogs, pizza, chicken strips, etc. I don't think she would like Universal much as she doesn't like most rides.

My neighbour was kind of amazed about the fridge swaps and the photopass shares.

Day 3 : Disney's Hollywood Studios

Today I let K sleep in a bit-I didn't get much sleep I was awake by 7:30 am. We eventually went down to the food court for breakfast. I made my own oatmeal for breakfast and K had dairy free waffles and sausage with grapes. It takes a while for her food to be cooked and by the time we finish eating breakfast and mailing a postcard to her friend we meet the neighbours at the front desk. We were purchasing our MNSSHP tickets. We all get on the bus to HS together. I ended up waking them every morning just to get the walkie talkie from their room.

I mention to the neighbours that they need to get to Toy Story Mania first and grab fast passes for it. K and I went. The neighbours stopped to do some shopping and didn't get there until the fastpasses were gone. K and I then went to Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Disney Animation and the Block Party Bash Parade. By then it was time for lunch (4pm) at Sci-Fi Dine In. We were seated within 10 min. The server was excellent. The food wasn't great but not horrible either. I ordered the steak and so did R (A might have also). All adults and the two boys had milkshakes. K had Silk that we were told was vanilla but she didn't like it-I never saw any vanilla while on WDW property only chocolate and plain. K had pasta with sauce and a fruit salad. I had my apple crumble/tart dessert packaged to go as I was too full to eat anything else.

After eating we went together on Star Tours and watched Beauty and the Beast. Then we went to RnRC and took turns riding. We then headed over to Fantasmic and then found out it was standing room only-this was approx. 30 min. before showtime. We decided to skip it-I had booked a Fantasmic Dining Package at H&V for our second HS day, but it would mean missing 50's Primetime Cafe as the Fanasmic DP was just a backup!

We hit ToT and then went to Toy Story Mania. K and I used our Fastpasses and the neighbours used the standby line. I then took K over to the dance party at Playhouse Disney. She got a balloon Stitch. We went over to the Animation building and drew Pluto. A kept calling on the walkie talkie while I was in class. They were heading back and B wanted to stay with me. They couldn't figure out where I was. Everyone in the class was laughing at me telling her that I was in a class and not to call! K and I headed back to the busses after drawing Pluto. I still have know idea what happened to her drawing.

I think we just ate some crackers in the room. K probably had some grapes from the fridge and I ate the dessert from lunch. Then we got ready for bed.

Day 4: MNSSHP and Free Day!

We did not have a park planned for today. We decided to go to TL the night before.

We slept in wanting to get lots of rest for this evening. Not me-I just could not sleep past 7:30am. Eventually after writing in K's journal and having a shower and dressing, I see that K is slowly waking up. We get dressed in our swim suits. I put a dress over mine and K has a full body one that covers her shoulders and half her legs. We head down to the food court for breakfast. I put K's order in for dairy free waffles and I grab a blueberry muffin for myself. This morning it takes forever for her waffles! A CM takes my tray and tells me that I don't need to use my credits.:wizard:

We finally make it to TL and get a locker and a life jacket. Then we head over and K plays in the Katchakiddie area. I then think she can go on the family raft ride, nope-she hates it! Then I think the lazy river should be fine, not so-she hates all the water spraying! We then get off after doing one circut of the lazy river. We then head over to the Katchakiddie area again and let her play. After a while we head over to the other small kid area by the main pool. K won't go down the kid waterslides but has fun walking around in the shallow water. We eventually head out and get changed. Then we stop for food as K is hungry. The chef says he can make her a hotdog and fries. He gives her a hotdog, fries, 3 pkgs of grapes and an apple juice. We end up seeing the neighbours and join them as they are eating also.

K and I head back to the resort as we want to rest a bit before dinner and we need to get ready for MNSSHP. The neighbours decide they are going to skip dinner and stay at TL until closing at 5pm.

K and I get back to the resort and I give K a quick bath (no showers for her) to clean off the sand and chlorine. I then have a shower and get dressed in my pirate outfit. K decided that she would like to dress in her Snow White costume from DL last year-not the Pipi Longstocking dress and rod for her hair. So happy with that decission! Who thought of that? Too hot and really hair sticking out with a wire coat hanger! So off we go to the MK bus stop. Then we catch a monorail to the GF Resort.

At 1900 Park Fare, I had to tell them it was just the two of us so it took a little longer for our seats. We then met the chef and he went to the buffet and showed me what K could eat. He then said he would make her some corn without butter. The server gave her a chocolate silk and then brought another before we left. We left after seeing all the characters and were stuffed.

We took the monorail back to the MK and were given our bracelets and trick-or-treat bags after entering. K fell asleep shortly after arriving at the MK. So at 7 pm I started trick-or-treating while she slept. I was told by a CM that I couldn't take her in the stroller to get Darby's autograph so I continued walking until I got to Cinderella's carrage. I was told by that CM that of course I could take the stroller in with my niece asleep to get a photo. I then worked my way down to Adventureland and got in line to see Captain Hook and Smee. K woke up and then was able to get a photo with them and their autographs. We then saw a few more characters and was in line for meeting Tarzan when I looked at my watch and decided we should go catch the parade. We grabbed a spot in Frontierland to watch. It was great! I taped some of it on my camera. We went on some of her favorite rides in Fantasyland and watched HalloWishes. We also made it to Cosmic Ray's for Stitch's Dance Party. It was the last one and we were tired.

We caught the bus back to Pop and dumped the candy on the bed. We sorted it into piles with one being candy she could eat, one for me and another for her mom. Then we changed and got ready for bed.

Day 5 : Animal Kingdom

Today K slept in and I of course was wide awake, showered and had written in the journal before she woke up. The neighbours did not go to AK today, I think they went to DQ and Downtown Disney. I of course was sticking to the plan. I think K had some crackers to eat and maybe some grapes. I think I grabbed a cereal bar.

We arrived sometime before our lunch reservations at 1:10pm. We head over to Africa and wandered through the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail. We also grabbed fastpasses for KS. Then we went for brunch at Tusker House.

The chef came to the table and then walked us around the buffet and let me know what food was safe for K to eat. He said he would get her some peanut butter and jam from the kitchen so that it hadn't touched any of the bread containing dairy. He also brought her some cucumber slices and some corn. She ended up making a pb and banana sandwich.

After brunch, we went on the KS. Then we headed over to Finding Nemo. By the time we finished that the park was closing, but it was EMH so we went and watched FotLK again. We found out that the attractions/rides that were open for EMH were ones we had done or that K would not do.

It started to pour, so we decided to head back to the resort. K lost her glasses as she pulled them off because she couldn't see with the rain fogging them up. I noticed while we were walking she had them around her neck (strap), but then shortly afterwards they were gone. We re-traced our steps and still couldn't find them. I was worried as they are perscription glasses with tint and she can't see without them. I also did not bring sunglasses for her. I was praying someone had turned them in. We checked at the shop nearby, incase someone turned it in there-but nobody had. We continued walking towards the exit and guest relations. Finally we get there drenched, and I asked the CM if anyone had turned in a pair of red glasses? She asked if they were perscription, and I said yes with a strap. She went into the back and came back with them! Yay, disaster avoided.

K and I head to the bus, and I am so happy that the glasses were found. K hands out some more of the toys and lollipops that I brought for her to share.

After arriving at Pop Century, we head to the food court to grab some food to take to our room. I put K's order in with Chef K for a cheese (soy) pizza and then get in line for my cheese pizza. I picked the tye dye cheesecake for my dessert.

We head up to our room and watch the Disney channel while eating pizza. We also changed out of our wet clothing. K decided that she wanted to take Chef K some bubbles and a chocolate from MNSSHP. Then we head down to the laundry room and start a load of laundry. Then back to the food court to deliver the gifts to Chef K. After talking with Chef K, we head back to the laundry room to switch over the laundry. When the laundry is finished we head upstairs to get ready for bed. I re-packaged K's clothes in the ziplock bags. This was a great tip. We try to get to bed early as tomorrow is an early breakfast.

Day 6 : Magic Kingdom

Today we had a wake up call from Mickey and Stitch! We had to be up and out the door by 8:15am so that we could catch the bus to MK. I helped K get dressed in her Snow White dress and also packed some clothes for her to change into after breakfast.

We arrived at CRT and parked the stroller in the parking area. K and I waited for the neighbours to catch up to where we were. A FG came and gave K some pixie dust and a sticker for her face. We waited in line after the neighbours caught up to see Cinderella. We had our pictures taken and the kids were given a sword and K a wand. We were seated and the chef came to the table and said he would make K a waffle that was dairy free. We ate fruit and pastries/muffins and then our breakfasts came. K didn't eat much and the server took her plate away while I was trying to get her to eat-the neighbours had already left.

After that we went downstairs and found the neighbours (R+A) were in the smoking area which happens to be right next to the stroller parking! We went on Peter Pan's Flight and then we seperated. K and I did some of the rides in Fanasyland and then went over to Aloha Isle as K was getting hungry. We used a snack credit for a Dole Whip Float and K drank just about every drop of the juice. We caught the Bear Country Jambore and then went back to the resort for a rest.

When we got back to the resort we grabbed some food at the food court. K of course had Chef K make her a pizza. We went back to the room and rested for a little while.

We got up and got ready to go back to the Magic Kingdom as we didn't want to miss SpectoMagic. Shortly after arriving in the MK, it began to rain! K fell asleep and I made a dash to Winnie the Pooh. It has a covered area at the fastpass location and as this is her favorite ride, I decided this is as good as any to wait out the rain. I was not alone in waiting undercover. I managed to get a few fastpasses before K woke up and we decided to go to Cosmic Rays for some dinner.

We ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken with fries and no green beans! I think I also ordered a cheesecake for dessert. They ended up giving us two orders of fries so K was happy she had one to herself.

We selected a spot to watch Spectomagic in Frontierland. We had a great spot where the parade came straight at us and then turned. This was our only day to see the night parade.

After Specto, we walked towards Main St. to watch Wishes.

We then followed all the other people out of the park. We had fun watching as people were backtracking to their bus line. But because we stayed at Pop, I just kept walking to the end of the line!

Day 7 : EPCOT (Our first day there!)

Today we slept in and ate some food in the room. I had booked ADR's for the Coral Reef at 1:20 pm. The neighbours woke up and we headed to EPCOT together.

We sent R with our ticket to grab fastpasses for Soarin'. I was a little worried that we wouldn't be able to ride without waiting in the standby line as it was so late noonish. He called us on the walkie talkie and said he had them rather quickly.

We met him at The Seas with Nemo and Friends. We went on the ride and then caught Turtle Talk with Crush. None of the kids (ours) were chosen. We did have a child who asked the same question as the previous child. Crush was quite funny.

After that it was time to get to the Coral Reef for lunch. We checked in and had to wait about 10-15 min. We were then shown to our table (first tier away from the window). It was a great spot, we could see most of the tank. I had arranged for special menus for the kids, and the server handed them to them. It was great seeing their reaction to the menus. Shortly afterwards, the diver was in front of us in the tank holding up a sign. R was the first to notice it. We quickly grabbed the cameras and took a picture. The neighbours were impressed with the extras at this restaurant.

Unfortunately, our server wasn't very good. He wouldn't get the chef for K. So I had to figure out what she would and could eat off the menu. I ended up ordering her the fish of the day (salmon), french fries (she won't eat rice) and a fruit cup/bowl. She tried one bite of the salmon and that was it (yuck). So she had french fries for lunch and apple juice. I did get her to eat a few bites of my steak. The server messed up the boys orders and my rice. I had to ask for a refill on my diet pop, and it took forever to get to me. The server rolled his eyes at A when she was talking to him. When R came back with C, he went to get a manager. The manager took our dessert orders and then our server finally came and asked what we would like for dessert. By the time our dessert came, we just wanted to leave-we had been there for a long time and it was too much for C. I managed to eat half of my dessert. Afterwards, we reallized that K didn't get any dessert. R and A did e-mail someone later that night to tell them about our expirience at the Coral Reef.

We all headed to Soarin', and surprise K didn't like it. Now that she has glasses and can see, most of the rides are scary. Then we all went on Living with the Land and The Circle of Life. The kids did their first Kidcot spot here in the Land pavillion. K really liked Living with the Land. We then went to Journey Into Imagination with Figment. The kids had fun playing in ImageWorks. I changed K into her swim gear so that she could have a picture done with Stitch on a surfboard. The neighbours did a family photo also.

After the photos, we found Club Cool. I tried to get photos of the neighbours first sip of Beverly. I think I got everyone but A. K fell asleep while we were sampling the pop.

C wasn't listening to his parents so they decided to head back to the resort. B came with me and we went to the WS. We found a place that we could take K in the stroller-China. She woke up near the end of the film. The kids got a mask and had their names written in Chinese.

K was hungry, and I could only remember that Sunshine Seasons was a good place to go for her lactose intollerance. I later remembered the American Pavillion. So we headed back to the Land. The chef was great at Sunshine Seasons, he cut up some cucumber for K as she won't eat carrots. K and I shared a rotisserie chicken, cucumber and a Powerade. I also picked up a Strawberry Shortcake for dessert, it was good and a change from the regular desserts. B had the chicken with the regular sides and a chocolate cake, that he said was good.

After dinner, it was kind of late to catch Illuminations so we went on Living with the Land. We also went to Finding Nemo and Turtle Talk with Crush. It was EMH for us. We decided to go on Spaceship Earth before heading back to the resort.

I had a little bit of trouble getting to the line for the busses, as someone was smoking. That is my only problem-I am very allergic to smoke (asthma) and in a crowd of people, I can't tell where it is coming from until it is usually too late.

It was another late evening and we didn't have to get up too early the next morning.

Day 8 - Free Day

Today was another free day. We had ADR's for Chef Mickey's at 10:45am. The rest of the gang were able to sleep in. I still was unable to sleep past 7:30am.

We took the bus to the MK and then took the monorail over to the Contemporary Resort. I asked when we arrived if we could sit upfront and the CM said yes. R and A took their stroller and went in the regular seating. I went up front with the kids. It was a short trip, but the kids liked it. We were given co-pilot licenses.

We had our photos taken at Chef Mickey's and had a short wait for a table. The chef came to the table and said he would make K some waffles. I asked if it was possible for him to make pancakes (I figured K was sick of them). He said no problem and brought out 3 mickey head shaped pancakes and a mickey waffle. Everyone enjoyed the food. There sure was a lot to choose from. K ate one hashbrown and then grabbed my half eaten one off my plate. We were seated near the characters exit area so we saw the characters alot.

After breakfast we seperated. K and I took a bus to DTD and the neighbours took a bus to Blizzard Beach.

K and I wandered around DTD looking at all the toys and gifts. I filled a box of Potato Head pieces and was unable to find a piece that I needed to complete my Tinkerbell from last year-the wand. I think K was helping me and I somehow took it out thinking she put it in. I asked a CM about the wand and he searched the pile of parts and then disappeared. I filled the box and then had to have a CM help me get it closed. After it was closed on one side, the CM who was looking for the wand piece came up and handed me a wand. I of course said thank you-at least once. Then we wandered to the back of the store and did a My Little Pony box for K's best friend. I managed to stuff all the outfits, a pony and accessories including both the teacup and the bed. I even had enough room to grab a few extra outfits for K to keep.

Before leaving DTD we made a stop at Goofy's Candy Shop. I had the CM check to see if any of the made to order items K could eat. They said no-it all has dairy. So she made pretzel rods for her parents and her sister. The CM gave her a marshmellow that she opened and put in the sprinkles. K was so happy that she was able to eat a treat and even surprised that she found a hidden Mickey in the sprinkles. I made a few rice krispy treats and a set of pretzels.

We took the bus back to the resort and rested a little before our dinner at Kona Cafe. My neighbours had fun at Blizzard Beach but they liked Typhoon Lagoon better.

We took the bus to the MK and then the monorail to the Poly. We checked in and were given a pager. It took quite a while before we were paged and then when we were shown the table it was for 2. We hit the first ADR that wasn't connected. So we went back out and were given another pager and waited some more. I took K over to the gift shop as I knew she wanted a new Stitch. She imediately picked out baby Stitch. Our pager went off and we walked back to the Kona Cafe. We adults ordered Smoothies for our drinks. We all ate the delicious bread and butter. The chef sent out a warm dairy free bun with honey for K. I ordered a steak and fries. K had chicken and pasta. I had the Kona cone for dessert and K had chocolate tofutti. I gave the cotton candy to K to eat. We all enjoyed our meal but it did take a long time to be seated.

We did the return trip back to the resort. This might have been the night that K and I went swimming in the resort pool.

Day 9 - Magic Kingdom

Today, K slept in and had her new favorite breakfast - pizza. It was another warm day. We had a fridge (fridge swap) so I brought along a couple of bottled waters to take with us to the MK.

We headed straight to K's favorite ride - Winnie the Pooh and grabbed some fastpasses and then rode on it. We also hit Mad Tea Party, IASW and the carousel.

We finally caught the Disney Dreams Come True Parade. But were in the hot sun watching it. After it ended we went to Monsters, Inc to cool down. Then joined in the Family Fun Day Parade. We then rode on the WDW RR and did a complete circut from Main St. I asked a CM about a transportation card, and he gave me a conductor card for K. Since we had some time before our dinner reservation and there wouldn't be another oportunity for K to be the conductor on this trip we waited for the next train. I was surprised that K actually said All Aboard.

The neighbours said on the walkie talkies that they weren't going to meet up at The Wave for dinner. So when I arrived I told the CM that it would just be the two of us. We were told to take a seat and about a minute later were shown our table. I ordered K the pasta without cheese and the chef said he could slice some cucumber for her. I had the steak and salad for dinner. The salad had too much vinegrette dressing for me.

Shortly after we were seated the neighbours arrived. They decided they didn't want to eat CS for dinner. They were glad they changed their mind once they ate. I let A know about the dressing on the salad and she asked for her's on the side.

K and I returned to the MK for EMH's and went straight for Winnie the Pooh, but made a stop at Tommorowland Indy Speedway as the line was so short. Wishes was starting and I drove around the track while K and I watched Wishes from the car. It was fun having them go off right near us. We then continued into Fanasyland to Mad Tea Party and Winnie the Pooh. We rode Winnie the Pooh a few times using up the Fastpasses that we had acumulated earlier. We also stood in the standby line. The EMH were much busier this week than the previous week. As we had to wait in line for about 15-20 min. We rode on the carousel and IASW. Then back to Winnie the Pooh to use up another fastpass. I planned on getting another fastpass for it afterwards for K's scrapbook, but they had turned the fastpass machines off. I asked a CM if it was possible to get one for K's scrapbook and she returned a few moments later with one. I told her it was probably one that we had used earlier as this was K's favorite ride.

We then headed for Main St. I had to go into the store to have the Family Fun Day Parade photos put onto the Photopass card. The line up wasn't long but it still took a long time to get the photos added. I think we had 3 pictures added and they weren't that great.

Day 10 - Hollywood Studios

Today K slept in again while I showered, dressed and wrote in her journal. I eventually woke her up and got her dressed and ready to head to the food court. She had another cheese pizza for breakfast (after trying one bite of the dairy free waffles, I didn't make her eat them unless she asked for them). We saw chef K and I asked if I could get a picture of her with little K.

We eventually made it out to the bus stop and made it to HS before the last fastpasses were gone for TSM.

We saw Playhouse Disney, Backlot Tour, Journey Into Narnia and met Prince Caspian. We also watched Block Party Bash.

For dinner we went to Hollywood and Vine with the Fantasmic Dining Pkg. This was my backup plan if we didn't see Fantasmic on the first evening. The wait here was quite long at least 20 min. The chef came to the table and went down the buffet line telling me what was dairy free. The chef made K pasta with sauce on the side and a hotdog (cut up), fruit plate with strawberries and a bowl of corn. For dessert the chef sent out Rice Dream ice cream. I tried a taste and decided the Tofutti was better. I don't remember what I ate- it was okay, nothing special. I remember one of the desserts being good but can't remember what it was.

After dinner the neighbours, K and I all went to grab Fastpasses for ToT. Then we used the washroom and headed to the special entrance for Fantasmic.

We arrived a good 30 min before the show was to start. We managed to find an empty row about half way down in the reserved section and moved all the way over. While we were waiting we noticed the dark clouds in the distance. Then the lightning show started. It was getting close to the start of Fantasmic, would they cancel?

No, it started a few minutes late. Fantasmic was really good. It had been about 8 years since I had last seen it. We apparently didn't get the full/regular version as there wasn't a boat near the end. There were a few princess/princess on rafts that went by.

We headed out the exit and grabbed our strollers. We went straight to Toy Story Mania to use our Fastpasses as it was EMH. Then K and I went to the Dance Party at the Playhouse Disney. We were going to meet up with R and B later so I could ride ToT one last time. The line up for balloons was soo long this time. K had fun seeing the characters and her balloon. We went to meet up with R and B (9yr) at ToT and we were late. I waited around but didn't see them and didn't have a walkie talkie anymore-A took it earlier. I tried giving away the two fastpasses for ToT, but the people didn't want them. Just a minute or so later I spotted R and B coming from RnRC. Their line was long also. R watched K while B and I went on. Then R and B went on-I left with K and headed for the bus. R said it was the best ride. They ended up going on the last ride of the night and were riding with CM's. One of the CM's left them in the ride for a minute and scared B.

Day 11 - EPCOT (But plans change)

Today I let K sleep in as she was up late the night before. We had a reservation for the Garden Grill at 11:20 am. I called the dining number from the room and tried to change the time to later, but was unable to do so. I finally woke K up after 10 am.

We decided to go to Typhoon Lagoon again and try and get to Epcot on the next free day-tomorrow.

I can't remember where R, A and C went that day. B decided he would like to go to TL and Disney Quest with K and I.

We eventually made it to TL around 1:30 or 2pm. B took off on his own after we picked a spot for our stuff. K and I played in the shallow area off the main pool. She had lots of fun in the water until I convinced her to go into the main pool area and then the waves started. She got a little too wet for her liking (hates getting her face and especially her ears wet). So back over to the other side of the kiddie waterslides. I tried to get her to go down one of the two slides but there was no way she was going to try that. We stayed til TL closed.

We then took a bus to SSR and then on to DQ. We had to walk a while as they stopped doing the last bus drop off - near DQ.

We went upstairs to the food area and B ordered a burger and fries for dinner (K and I had eaten at TL). After he was finished with his KTTW card I took it for safe keeping. I told him where K and I would be and we met up after he was finished eating. We checked out the map of the different levels and he went downstairs to check out the games. I found the floor with the pre-school area and told B that is where we would be and we would meet up at 8:00pm.

K and I had fun playing the kiddie games. She liked the popcorn game, air hockey, and the shooting peanuts game. We headed downstairs at 8pm and found B quickly. He had met up with another boy around the same age as him. They were playing a game in a jeep. We waited until they were finished as the game was almost over.

After finding the stroller, we walked back to the bus stop. We had to wait awhile for a bus. After arriving at the resort we said goodbye to B as we were heading into the food court and he was going back to his room.

I ordered K a pizza and got one for myself. After dinner, we saw A and she was looking for B. I said we left him at the bus stop and he said he was going to the room. She was getting worried, so I said I would keep an eye out for him. I checked back with A at their room and asked if she had found him and she had. He saw his dad and brother at the pool and just went swimming with them. K and I grabbed our laundry and put another load on. It was almost the end of our trip.

We went to bed after the laundry was done.

Day 12- EPCOT (Was a Free Day)

Today we had to get up early (not a problem for me) for a breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. The neighbours decided they didn't want to come, so it was just K and I.

We took a bus to MK and then decided to take a boat to the GF Resort as we hadn't taken a boat yet. We were in luck as there was an almost empty one at the dock waiting. I was using the 1 hr guideline to get us there in time for our ADR and we were about 20 min early. We checked in and had a wait as our party size changed and we were early. I took K to the washroom while we were waiting.

The chef came to our table and went down the buffet line. The chef then asked K what she would like to eat and K replied "cucumber". I was making sure that at all the TS restaurants she was getting some vegetables, but for breakfast-that was too funny. She also ate some waffle and fruit.

After breakfast we took the monorail to EPCOT. We went to Innoventions and K made paper. She also dressed a frog in velcro. We searched for the Kidcot stations in Future World and finished all of them. We also spent some time looking at the fish tanks in The Seas with Nemo and Friends.

For lunch we tried eating at the Electric Umbrella. The chef said he had some chicken strips that were dairy free that he would make for K. It ended up being a Kosher meal with chicken, potato balls and some Mexican item. I said there was no way she would eat the potato balls so he gave me fries. K fell asleep while we were waiting for the food. It looked like the Kosher meal was microwaved and I had planned on sharing this with K. I woke K up and she started eating the chicken. I took one bite and had to spit it out - I was able to do this without her seeing me as I had to get up to get her some ketchup. I ended up eating some fries and the dessert (the meal was an adult credit). K ate the chicken wouldn't touch a potato ball and ate the rest of the fries. I was able to find someone at a nearby table that was willing to take the uneaten potato balls and the Mexican what ever it was. I hate wasting food.

We went back to The Seas and did some more exploring of the tanks and then headed to the World Showcase.

I was just interested in doing the Kidcot stops with K, but unfortunately I didn't look at the map and notice that they are marked on it! So we spent more time than we should have looking for them. We missed a few of them because I couldn't find them. We finished just before Illuminations started. We watched most of Illuminations and then headed for the bus stop.

The line was quite long. K fell asleep in the stroller on the way. We actually were on a bus before I thought because another bus pulled up along side the first bus. I had to wake K up and have her get on the bus while I folded the stroller.

She was awake enough when we arrived at the resort to say she wanted ice cream. Chef K had mentioned earlier when we first met that they had Tofutti Ice Cream at the food court if K wanted it. Unfortunately, Chef K wasn't there when I inquired about it. They found some, but they didn't know how to give it to me using the DP. I just wanted a little bit, but they somehow had to give me the whole thing (I think it was a half pint-500ml). After K had a bite or two then she had to go to the bathroom. I decided to just take it with us to the room and she could go to the bathroom there.

When we arrived at our room and opened the door, the first thing we see is a chocolate cake sitting on our bed with plates and napkins. K goes crazy, saying "chocolate". I haven't even entered the room and A comes out of their room saying "what did you get?". I'm asking her where did the cake come from? She tells me to read the card. The whole time I'm thinking, great now I have to tell K she can't eat that cake. I also remember that she had to go to the bathroom, so I send her into the washroom. I open the card and find out that the cake is sent by a CM that works at the front desk. A and R had contacted someone about the problem we had at the Coral Reef earlier. Then Chef K was asked to make K a dessert as she didn't get one at the Coral Reef.

I cut some slices off the cake for K, A, C and I to eat. We eventually get ready for bed. Tomorrow is our last park day! I also let K pick where she wants to go.
