Ok, for my first post...

Hi everyone. Me and my partner love Disney and went to Florida in 2007. We've decided that we'll take our daughter too but until shes old enough to appreciate the money spent on going to florida we'll go to Disneyland Paris instead. She'll be 14 months when she goes so hopefully walking, any ride reccomendations for her?

Also, we're going 20th September. Any idea what the weather will be like. Would you pack for warm and cold?

Help please
xx

p.s v.v. excited to see our LOs face

Just spotted this on the Trip Report board

Hopefully others who have been in September can help :)

havent been in sept but was there in oct and was lovely and warm although morning and evening do get pretty cool. i wouldnt be bringing heavy jackets but make sure you have jumpers and that. also it can rain any time of the year so i would be prepared for that too.

your dd will have a great time. i would start her off with its a small world, the carousel, dumbo. then there are a couple of dark rides pinnochio and snow white, peter pan. she can do everything in fantasyland. depending on how adventerous she is the is also phantom manor, potc, buzz and orbitron.

i took my dd 22 months on all those rides and nothing scared her.

We took our DD in January when she was 15 months. She absolutely loved IASW and squealed all the way around. She also liked the parades and the character interaction. :goodvibes

Our youngest DD was also 15 months when we went in January and was another HUGE fan of IASW. She wasn't such a lover of the characters and found them all a bit scary, but she LOVED the Buzz ride aswell

I took my DD last Christmas and she was 17 mths. She loved it. The only thing that was the problem was the eurostar. As the journey was too long for her she is a squirmer and wouldnt sit down.
She loved all the fantasyland rides and potc, pmanor etc.
She loved meeting the characters and wasnt frightened by them at all.
But she is addicted to Playhouse Disney so she is very familiar with them.
Extra Magic Hours were a godsend to us. As it meant she could walk round on her reins and it wasn't too busy. Make sure you take your own buggy. As I think the rental ones didnt look very comfortable and dont recline. My DD took her usual afternoon nap in the buggy wrapped up nicely in a 15 years! Celebration fleece blanket, and cosy toes. December was bitterly cold. But I would go prepared.
You will have a great time.
Just wish I was going back !!!!!
PM if you have any other questions.
