14 days worth of tickets - Can only make 13 reservations

Has anyone else experienced this? I had all of my 14 park reservations made, but based on ADRs, I needed to switch two days. I cancelled my park reservations for 2 of the days. Then went back to make new reservations. It let me make one, but when I try to make the second, it tells me that I don't have any ticket days left/have exceeded my allowed park reservations.

I counted my total park reservations like 10 times and I definitely only have 13 booked. Has anyone found any work arounds to fix this? I'm dreading having to call Disney to fix this!

Also, I'm going to attempt to book Cinderella's Royal Table for our last day this coming Saturday. This is the day I'm currently unable to make park reservations for. Will I be able to book our reservation if I don't have an MK park reservation for that day yet? Or should I attempt to move around more reservations to ensure I have MK booked for that day?

I'm a Disneyland regular but I've never had issues with park reservations like this.

I would wait a bit and see if it refreshes and let's you add that last park reservation. Looks like your trip is late Jan/early Feb, so I wouldn't be too worried about park reservations filling up just yet.

Definitely still book Cinderella's Royal Table for the day you want (if you can get it) - you can book dining without a park reservation.

Hopefully someone can swoop in and tell you how to fix this without spending eternity on the phone. I had a similar issue last trip, and only IT could fix it.

What kind of ticket do you have?

I figured out a workaround! I had to cancel ALL park reservations or our trip. Then go back and make them all again, but start from our last day and work back. I tried several different orders or making the reservations, and that was the only one that work.

Thank goodness I was able to avoid calling Tech Support!

We have 10 day & 4 day park hopper tickets (hoping to upgrade to APs if they open up in time). The system got confused with the overlapping ticket availability, a silly glitch. I had to book them in an order than the system could properly understand.

I thought it might have something to do with the valid use windows -- glad you got it resolved.

FYI...typically you can only upgrade 1 ticket to AP though you can certainly ask them to use both. Just don't be surprised if they'll only upgrade the 10-day ticket. If so, have them prioritize your tickets for each person to use the AP and save the 4-day unused as a credit for the future.

I was not aware of that! I hope that's not the case, but I guess time will tell! Otherwise it might not be worth us upgrading. I'll have to figure out the monies :)

I guess another option would be to try to upgrade over the phone in January and then cancelling the 4 day? Thought that might mess up our plans. Everything is more confusing to me now with all of the park changes. Haha!

You can try, once APs are available again. Any chance the 4-day is part of a package? Usually only package tickets can be cancelled; tickets bought separately are typically non-refundable. But it doesn’t hurt to ask, explaining why you bought 2 sets of tickets.

Just want to point out that I’m pretty sure with an AP you are maxed out at 6 park reservations at a time. So that could throw a kink in your 14-day plan, since you wouldn’t be able to reserve another day until you had used one, leaving you in danger of not having what you need reserved ahead of time. I suppose you could keep the park reservations at the popular parks (MK, etc) and reserve AK last minute for example… personally I wouldn’t want to risk it.

Maybe they’ve got a workaround or some way to waive the 6 day max when you are upgrading.

I just didn’t want you to be surprised later.

Have a good trip.
