These 14 day (I heard of a 20 day one) ultimate tickets are advertised as promotions by non-Disney travel agents and sources every once in awhile. Some are available only in a few states or countries or in connection with a particular cruise package or convention package. If I remember correctly they expire after so many months even if never used.

We used the 21 day ultimate tickets on our most recent trip in April, they worked well for us as they give unlimited access to all the parks including waterparks and disney quest for 21 days from first day of use. There is no option to stop expiration though. I understood that they were only available in Europe so we had to purchase before travel.
