Answers for coordinating are in the second post on this thread. I coordinate BWV (also donated 2 trees) and for that it's keeping a spreadsheet with Disboard name, real reservation name, dates of stay, and a cell phone or email for contact while in WDW.

I am donating one tree to AKV. I can donate and coordinate one for OKW. I will be there from 12/24-12/28. So I will use the tree then. If there is no one that wants to use the tree then, I can send it to another resort. I will be there from 12/24 - 1/2 so I can pick up trees and take them home since I'll be driving.

Signups are ending soon! Most resorts still have space available, and some (VGF, OKW) may have to cancel their exchanges if not enough interest. VWL has many signed up, but they still need a tree.

Since trees will be getting mailed this month, just a reminder for everyone on the practices for shipping to resorts. Resort addresses are also found in this thread:

Will Disney charge me for receiving a package?

If the package is being delivered to a resort with a convention center, yes. For all other resorts, no. Disney has outsourced the handling of package deliveries at resort convention centers to outside companies, and all packages delivered to those resorts go to the convention center.

Resorts with convention centers are: Grand Floridian, Yacht Club/Beach Club/Beach Club Villas, Boardwalk Inn/Boardwalk Villas, Contemporary/Bay Lake Tower, and Coronado Springs.

You will be charged a handling fee for each package you receive. The fee is based on weight. For packages that are less than 5 pounds, it’s $3. For packages from 5 pounds to 20 pounds, it’s $5. Packages heavier than 20 pounds have a $10 charge.
