12/7/08 Holiday Cruising with the Mouse anyone else coming ??

We are doing the 7 day Land & Sea package. From 12/4-12/6/08 we will be staying @ the Grand Floridian and then from 12/7-12/11 we will be on the Wonder. I would love to meet anyone who will be on the Cruise or the parks. I would love to do some fun things for the kids traveling on the Cruise. Let's make it extra MAGICal for the kids



I will be with my DH Joe, DS Anil (8), DS Nikhil (6), My sis, her husband and my parents.

I've booked a ressie for my family, myself (Tina - will be 37 then), DH Tom (will be 39), DD Allix (will be 13), DS Lance (will be turning 12 on the last day of the cruise!) and DS Lucas (will be 8). My brother and SIL and their family are also going (I'll have to get her on this thread also). They've got 4 girls all under the age of 10 (whew! - are there going to be hormones in that family!). I've also booked a room for my parents and plan on giving the cruise and time at WDW to them for a present (probably Christmas this year). Unfortunately, they aren't big "travelers" and have said repeatedly that they don't want to go to WDW or on a cruise. Absolute blasphemy to me! But....I'm going to perservere and see what I can get done. I really want them to go, but we'll have to wait and see.

So, that's our group in a nutshell (and nuts we are!). Looking forward to meeting what hopes to be a fun group.

Adults only cruise (on RC Ench. of Seas) March 2007
this will be our first Disney cruise EVER!

Hi Tina

It's great to hear that you will be on the cruise at the same time. I told my son that you have an 8 year old and he is super excited. He is already making plans as to what they will be doing together.

I think you have time to convince your parents and once they sail with Mickey well then they will see what they have been missing
My parents are not big travelers either although to my surprise, they were all for joining us when we told them, so I am hoping you get the same response.
