I can guarantee you that there will be a next time! It was so cool that we could get together 2 & 1/2 months later and just pick up where we left off on the cruise. We're still working on that waterless cruise reunion in WDW in Aug. If the chatter and laughter coming from our tables on Saturday is any indication, 'Ohana won't know what hit them!

I was wondering if you just drank too much and could not make the picture. Maybe we should all dress up as witches in August. They looked more scary than pirate wenches.

Hi Crew!! Thought I'd poke my head in the door and say....

ARGH!!!

I'm so glad to hear that our SoCal neighbors are all safe. Whew! You stay that way - hear?

Debi - hope things are going well with your recovery. Did the stiches come out?

One of DS11's classmates had spinal surgery today to fuse what's left of the spinal cord in his neck. He came through with flying colors!! We are all so relieved.

It sounds like by and large (at least in the last 10 pages) everyone is doing well. It's nice to check in on friends and find that.

In other news... Guess what we're getting for Christmas!! A house! Yeup - that one we've been chasing for going on 6 months now. I'll tell you getting the financing was a real trick and nearly ended the whole deal.

I thought you guys would like the picture on our change of address card... Look familiar?

Des I'm going to leave the voting up till the end of December, but the way it looks now, there is going to be 2 meets...one in June & one in August. We will definitely be doing the August one, because of the kid's school.

We're voting on something?? Sigh. I'm so out of touch.

I haven't been hanging out here too much cause frankly it makes me sadder right now...

I worked Friday night till 10...came home and fell asleep... Went back to work all afternoon Sat... Then went back in today...

Back to crappy day job tomorrow... Gotta follow up on two apps i have in for 3rd jobs tomorrow afternoon.

Sorry to be the humbug... I just don't have it in me this year...

I appreciate all the kind thoughts and prayers though.

In all the years I've lived here (since 7th grade.....) this was the first house that I've ever seen big bugs (giant flying wood roaches! ). We now have the exterminator come out on a monthly basis! We have lots of giant Live Oak trees in our backyard (where the bugs live) and there is a creek that runs behind the houses across the street.....

We're voting on when people can go to WDW for a mini reunion -- some are going in June and some in August.

I the pic your using for your *moving cards*!!!! We have some fun photos with our 17dd & 10ds but, 7dd was never with us when the *lifestyle* photographer was set up!

We told her that next time she was going to HAVE to leave the club to do things with us! LOL!

Went to the dr. today for my first Post-Op visit. Good news and bad news...
Good news, everything looks great and he's very pleased. Bad news,stitches are still in. I kinda figured 7 days would be too short a time.

They took 2 new x-rays. I was quite surprised at the way it looked. The plate that was put in, appears to be about 3" long and sits lengthwise up my wrist. I was expecting to see about 3-4 pins but to my surprise,I counted at least 8!

I have to go back again on Dec. 1st. Hopefully the stitches will come out then....would be a nice,early birthday gift.

I'm working on it this season. Saw it a couple of weeks after we got back in Sept. But DH seems to think I have enough already - SILLY MAN! I can never have enough cameras. AND 6.5 frames per shot! I'm with envy! Please tell me you don't have it yet??????
