12/4 - 12/9 BCV or BV 2-Bedroom Villa

Hi, I'm new to this renting thing. I'd love to know if there's availability at either the Beach Club Villas or the Boardwalk Villas for the week of 12/4. I believe I read somewhere that checkin is on Sunday and checkout is Thursday. I guess I'm looking at around 120 points?
