We are booked for GV on 12/30 at 5:00. How many people fit into the designated area?
Where’s the best spot for a little one to be able to see? We don’t want to put him on shoulders because of other guests being blocked. TIA

I’m team back rail.

I like the back rail since you can stand/pick up a younger one without bothering anyone behind you. Plus you have the rail to lean on / sit against while waiting.

I’m not sure about the numbers - the garden holds a pretty large guest count.

I have only done the Dessert Party Plaza Garden for Happily Ever After. I have not done it on 12/30 or 12/31. During the HEA party, the Plaza Garden was not overly full. I can't really guess at "how many" people... not a lot. 100 max? I am not comfortable sitting on the ground, so I stood near the back of the area, where I could lean against the fence. I was comfortable. My kids sat on the ground. There were lots of people with little kids, strollers, etc. Families sat on the ground in comfortable groups. There was plenty of room to walk around. I remember some teens kind of lounging/laying pre-show. There were no people doing "shoulder kids" - at all. The only people standing were those of us who were propping ourselves up against the back fence. For Fantasy in the Sky - it's a fireworks show, not a castle projection show like Happily Ever After. The show is UP, so no one's view would be "blocked" by people in front of them.
