12/16-12/23..thoughts on crowds?

Still playing around with travel dates, and since Christmas falls on a weekend, when do you think the parks will start to fill up? I think we are pretty safe on the 16, 17, but will the masses start arriving the weekend of 19 already or be later in the week closer to Xmas eve?

My guess is it will be closer to Christmas Eve. Then again what do I know, lol? I, shhhh don't tell DH, loved Christmas with 9 zillion of my closest friends last year and am mourning because I am not planning another Christmas trip.

I have no idea either, I'm hoping the crowds'll get bad closer to the christmas weekend instead of the prior weekend, but that might just be wishful thinking. We'll be there 12/15-12/25, it'll be great no matter what!

I have found that they get really bad around the 20th... I was there on the 23rd once & I couldn't move when I was in Fantasyland. I ended up leaving the park & going shopping at the mall...it was less crowded it that tells you anything
