I am here but not for long.

It is a beautiful day here in Washington State. Football game completed, halloween party completed now to do something fun except Ryan just informed me that he is sick to his stomach. Can you say too much candy?

Are you still here?? I am back. All of a sudden did not feel well and had a nap - feeling a bit better.

Downstairs I hear dh with 5 kids running around. Two are ours and the other three are rentals.

Yummy!!!!!

Just stopping in for a minute. Dropped off the groceries and the things DD and I got this morning at the mall. Got her two velour pants and jackets out fits and two ls shirts that would have been over $130 regularly on sale (including the $15 coupon) for about $66. Gotta love that. And she spent all of her saved up money and bought a snow globe at the Sanfrancisco Music Box Company store that opened up for the holidays. She collects them and just had to have one. Now she has to start doing chores again to save more for the cruise I guess . Then I dropped her off and did the grocery shopping. Now to grab a quick bite and go over to our friends;' place where she and DH are. They are running a haunted woods tonight. Brr, chilly for that.

Awful quiet in here. Gosh this down time is killing me. Better do some laundry or something.

Hello all!

Everyone sounds like they had busy days....

I've been finishing up a few things around here...DH and boys went to hockey game--mom was cranky and stayed home. You know, some days ya love 'em but.....having the friends in and out yesterday and today and the brothers antagonizing each other and... I was threatening some major cleanup projects if they couldn't find a better way to entertain themselves. Of course, then my adorable sixteen year old decided to give me a piece of his mind about my need to discipline him..... Like I said, I let dad take them to the game!

Game should be about over, so I thought I'd check in, then go enjoy my last few minutes of peace.. I thought about trying to knock out a few pages of that teenager book, Robin, but am not in the proper frame of mind. Maybe tomorrow.

No Denise...no social life here. Been trying to figure out DD's new Mp3 player. Been on the phone with tech support twice and still can't figure out how to get it to rip the stupid CD's . Man, I gotta get with the times here....HELP

Sam fell asleep on the way home, now she is soundly asleep. I finished unpacking the groceries and started the , now time to relaz with a Reese's peanut butter cup. DH is still at the haunted trail, not sure when he'll be home.

Got a Sansa e200R Rhapsody. I was on with tech support with Rhapsody three times then was finally succesful with Windows Media Player. I have to play around a bit with it I guess. I am just so non-tech savy...it's embarassing. I have not had much need for computer skills since I left the office world six years ago, and boy, have things come a long way baby!!!

I've never heard of that brand before. We use media player for some things. It is pretty easy for the most part.

Well, I know I got all kinds of software that has Best Buy written all over it. Perhaps it is one of thier in store brands...I don't know. I think I have to renew my subscription to Consumer Report and read up a bit on them. I have 30 days to return it - no questions asked.
