Here's my

(I went through the same thing a little over a month ago....)

I tried to end it all by falling off the curb at work.

Even today it looks a little bigger on the ankle than the other foot but feels much better than when I first did it.

Lots of ice helped me along.

Sprained my foot in Oscar's Garage, slipped on some water, at MGM last month, ended up on an ECV for the next three days. helped the foot, but I can walk faster then those machines most days.

Still have some days where it hurts, but i was too chicken to go to a US hospital $$, even though I had emergency medical insurance.

The pain from sprains can last a long time. I know what you mean about the medical $$. I had a kidney stone on the cruise last Dec and had to go to the medical facility on ship. They were VERY good and VERY nice, but I had to come up with over $500. It was reimbursed by my insurance, but still put a dent in the vacation budget.

After six cruises, one of them with 2 days at CC, I still found out something about CC that I did not know! We got pictures from DIS friends that were on the Canal Transition Cruise of a ship wreck that you can snorkel out to at the adult beach. Very cool. Did anyone know about this? The photos looked like the water was very clear there, as opposed to the family snorkel area were it can get pretty "stirred up". We need to try to do this.

We should get a web page going for this group so we can put in one place who we are, who we are with (if we want to admit to that ), where we are staying pre and post cruise, where cruise meets will be, etc. Any computer savy person out there that would want to take this on? If not, I can ask DrHug if he wants to give that a try mid July after we get back from DL and camping. What do ya think?

Sounds great Mrs. Mork. Are ya thinking a real website or more like a yahoo group? You can do a calendar, photos, messages, database, chat, e-mail etc on the yahoo groups

I took the liberty of setting up a yahoo group. You don't have to use it, but it's there if you do. I love yahoo groups for group communications - it works really well!

Right now it's set up for anyone to join without approval. I'll wait and see if there are any spammers that join and bounce them appropriately.

pjpoohbear, I don't know what I was thinking. I truely am computer iliterate (sp?). The yahoo thing looks good though. Looks like we can post pictures of our family and get to know each other thru this. Now I have another question. Would we need to send the pics and info to Bubbasmom (and thanks for doing this!), or can one post to this themselves? DrHug is very good with this stuff and can post for us it we can do it ourselves. The computer is his job, not mine.
