From the Bay Area. Then we moved down to Irvine Emily went to UC Irvine I went to work for Orange County Fire and Disneyland. After she graduated we moved back to the Bay Area.

Homework?? WE HAD HOMEWORK?? Ok, here's what I learned on my Disney Cruise: Digital cameras cannot be used underwater, but the cards can survive a good soaking with sea water...

Ok, I don't know much on the geograpy of California. Do any of you live near San Diego? A good friend of mine will be moving there at the end of the summer. Hubby is in the Coast Guard.

Mark, when was she at UC Irvine? I was there 80-85. Then worked on campus 85-86.

She was there from 89-92. Jordan is closer to San Diego than I am it is south of me about a 10 hour drive.

Thanks for all the support. My aunt went to heaven about 15 minutes ago. I just got the news from my cousin.

I am about 2 hours north of SD. I lived there for a few years. I absolutely loved it down there. Much slower pace than here in the OC. Lived right across the street from Qualcomm Stadium and had 1/2 season tix to the Chargers for 2 seasons when they sucked.

What city? We're about 45 minutes north of SD and Jordan is about an hour north of SD. We're more inland. Where are they moving from? They may not enjoy the high cost of living out here!!!

I was there from 83-88 so Jordan and I were there at the same time. Turned 40 last year (ouch) but the sting was made better by being on the Magic at the time the black ball dropped.....

Well, origionally she is from where I live, Cape May, NJ (about 45 min south of Atlantic City). Since being in the Coast Guard they have lived here (NJ) twice, Galveston, Texas, and Cape Cod twice. They are in Cape Cod right now. Her DH does have a brother who lives in SD which will be nice. They have no idea WHERE in SD they will be since it is government leasing. She says they have over 20 different places it could be because it is Navy housing.
