Same here. I probably won't mention it to their schools until after thanksgiving.

Well Lisa - we will do our best!!!!lbgraves said:I just added Dody's milestone to the site & was surprised by what I saw.
The thread started on 11/25/04.
10000 8/2/06
20000 9/4/06
30000 10/1/06
Here it is 10/16 and we just posted 38000!!!
8100 posts in 15 days = 540 posts per day.
15 more days to October x 540 = another 8100 posts so to 46200 by 10/31/06.
30 days in November x 540 = 16200 > 62400 by 11/30/06.
Even stopping on 12/6 for travel for most of us that is another 3240 posts.
Potential of reaching 65640 by cruise time!!!!![]()
brack said:These calculations are based on a linear progression but I'm betting that the posting is going to increase exponentially like it has so far. We could reach 100,000 before we sail!

Congrats on the personal milestone!!! yippee...Brack hit 2000!!!!brack said:![]()

Most of these posts have been on this thread. It has been a great two years and the cruise will be even better.

for all of you who love those men and women in military attire... here is a squadron of bored Naval Aviators aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) and is one of the best "home produced" videos I've seen.
PS: That's the VAW-116 skipper dressed in the bathrobe.
That is cool. It seems like she really cares about your DS.lbgraves said:I just got an email from DS's teacher asking about the cruise. She is brainstorming to put together an independant study for him!!!![]()
That is wonderful. You must be so relieved!elaineteresa said:lots of anxiety over the weekend but the teachers received an 11th hour contract last night after 3 years without one - and we were all in school today.

elaineteresa said:Lisa - if we can collect anything for DS at that "other" ruins tour on Costa Maya - please let me know. Not sure what his independent study will entail.
I believe the 2 sites should be quite different.

Depending on how old the home is door knobs can be taken and attached to wood to make hooks.
lillygator said:hmm....mother's ring or diamonds? I'll take diamonds.
Samantha's is Opal, Haley's is Amethyst - love that one! My grandma had huge superstitions about opal's, can't remember what exactly....but instead of opal they now do some pink thing which I don't care for.....and my birthstone = yuck! topaz/citrine....
I don't have lots of jewels....but diamonds, dark blue (black) sapphires and tanzanite are my favorites.

Oh, yeah, check out my new tag.![]()
