if you rebook onboard are the DCL website prices the same as what DCL will charge you? I rebooked onboard on our first cruise and it was a fiasco!

But I am wondering if they quote you their site price less 10% and the shipboard credit.

For example:
12/8/07
DCL site (now) $3243.52
AAA $3061.80

but I am sure DCL will go up in price right?
The 10/27 was cheaper, I am guessing they still consider that hurricane season.

I don't know about the rebooking onboard...is it only a better deal if you are booking the dummy dates?

You just have to remember that they don't apply the 10% to taxes and port charges. I am going to switch over my 2007 cruise while onboard. Not sure if they will make me start from scratch or not. The price difference thus far is less than $200.

Tsk, tsk...I saw your thread! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I am not sure if it would be a good thing to bring or not. Just pack them without telling the boys and you can decide once you board if it is a good idea for them to use them or not.

Ugh, trashmen are here and it seems as if DH overfilled one and it is too heavy...nope, they managed!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I know.

Boy, my boss talks more than any man should be allowed to. Something simple, as in a two minute discussion, turns into an hour. I knew I was in trouble when he came in my office and sat down.

The girls are still in it though and we are going on a hayride tomorrow. Just nice to not have to plan anything! :teeth:

Caroline, I found that you get more bees with honey than vinigar. You can just drop a note for a quote request in the box the first day. They will call your room & leave a message with the quote. You can take care of it all over the phone without sitting in that line. We will be booking a dummy date for 2008.

I'm not even going to bring them. Then I'll have more room to bring the other stuff. I have so much packed already I cant beleave it. DH wont even know as he isnt coming tell the weekend and isnt taking us to the airport eather. The suitcases are upstairs and getting pretty full, and I dont have many cloths in them at all. Just a few. A whole suitcase of stuff to leave in mexico, a few gifts for the boys, like new pj's and our lime green shirts. A few new CARS. I bought the 3 of us the new columbia touring bags and love them. They can carry there own stuff in them now. I was thinking backpacks on the plain but these will work great, gameboys, snacks a few other things and still lots of room left. Brenda

ROFL! Nah! How's it going? I am waiting to hear if the letter I typed up got to the school ok to copy to the letterhead.

She wasn't upset with you, Mum. It sounds like she is angry with the world. ;) The others knew how to handle her. That key lime pie sounded good. :lmao:

I guess I am lost.

Well, no perfume lady at the gym today. But I happened to watch the View and the She Sheppard was on. They showed the McSteamy shower scene again. And elaborated a bit more on the divorce, not much else. But in the previews it shows McSteamy saying to Addison, "he doesn't know the whole story does he?" What could that have been? Did I miss something?

Lisa, do you know if shipping to the port is still allowed? There is a thread "over there" indicating they no longer accept stuff you ship ahead. I planned to send the stuff for the school in Costa Maya ahead as it is pretty heavy and suitcases are restricted to 50 lbs. :listen:

Angie, I doubt that is true. The problem seems to be with the water from Staples. I believe that we would have heard someone ranting about their package being refused before now.

ummmm - I dare someone to start a thread to see whether it would be okay to yell things out across the dining room....guess that might spin some people up on the main board too!!!
