oh my.....everyone is ASLEEP!! YES YES YES!
Why is it Mom's are always the first ones awake and the last ones asleep? Just luck I guess. Have a great time in the spa V. You earned it.
:cloud9:

So, Patsy what did you do today?

Well, thanks for askin'. The weather here was gorgeous :sunny: . The sun was out but it was not hot or cold. The sky was bright clear blue. I planned to quilt all day like a good quilter but DH drug me outside and made me smell the fresh air. So we went to Pike's Nurseries instead. I got a boatload of bulbs and planted a planter of daffodils, crocuses, and hyacinths. Then I moved some monkey grass from the back garden up to edge the gardenias.

DH ripped the roof off the garden shed and started replacing it. It's not done yet so it's covered in a blue roof tarp for the time being. It looks like I'm going to need to paint the shed again. :artist: 10 years ago I painted it off white with fake vines and flowers. Now it just looks moldy and dingy. YUK!

Oh, At Home Depot I saw house keys with Disney Characters. Sooo, what do I need a spare key of?

Charlotte,
I read about your up and down day.

I hope Best Buy gets their act together. I don't want your face to show up on wanted posters in Libraries all across the country.

Good luck with the new business.

Sorry about the ring. I know you are heartbroken.

Good luck for a better day tomorrow.

Patsy

I had a book to help solve the rubiks cube. I also hung with the science geeks. They could solve it in no time flat.

My dad bought the book and followed it. I still thought it was much easier to take it apart and put back together. :teeth:

Going to get some sleep now...or try to any way. I hope that DD sleeps thru the night. Her voice is still pretty gruff. I might take her to the clinic tomorrow afternoon if she doesn't get better. I picked up some of the Sudoku books for DS to take to school to do when he finishes his work. He said that he knows how to do them but I had to figure it out to help him. LOL! Now I have one of the books. :lmao: I can see how this can be addictive too.

music has been a HUGE part of my life. One of my classes was to just listen. In 8th grade some sort of Beatles phase happened....and my friend Shelly made tapes from her parents albums (unheard of) for all of us.

My first roomie at UF played sax in the band and her boyfriend was the first lead singer in Less Than Jake. I listened to alot of Floyd that year!

I  music but I am a terrible musician. That is probably why I got interested in electronics and sound so I play music.

Most of the day I have some kind of music playing. I would play it at night when I sleep if it didn't keep my DW awake.

DD just turned 6 and STILL has her stroller from her 1st Christmas. :)

I guess she never sat in it herself and had DB push her. ;)

Lisa, I have a sudoku book called impossible sudoku, he will be ready for a couple of pages by the time the cruise comes around. Some of these can take a hour or more.

The one big thing I can't decide on is the princess shoes. DD has that shoe thing and she likes the princesses so I can guarantee it would be a huge hit. My biggest concern is that she could not walk in them and would get hurt. The ages say 3+. :confused3 Does anyone else have them? Would a 2 year old be OK with them?

They usually have a small heel and run very big. She will fall, but they do have a lot of fun in them.
