Someone played a joke on someone at Devon's horse farm...they put a snapper turtle in the person's car; not sure if it was dead when they put it in, but it was dead when they found it...the car sat for a week with all four doors wide open, good weather - bad weather. Not sure what was worse, the lingering turtle smell or the mousty rain soaked interior...kids these days.

We play hard and our car takes a beating from it. We came back from a beach trip to Rhode Island and the kids collected all sorts of clam shells, crab shells etc. It took literally weeks for the fish smell to exit the car - it was really embarassing. We had to open and close the doors really quickly because it literally smelled like a fish market.

I was afraid of drawing the bears if I left it open in the driveway like that.

We have always been fair - but I shudder to think what we will do if there is no additional money - I NEVER want to see a situation like what Elaine is talking about - that creates rifts in a community - some of which never heal.



You know John you are absolutely right about this causing a schism in the community. People will line up pro labor or pro kids and it is not a Healing process. I know it will be awkward to be friendly and ignore this big divide if we don't support the strike.

Nope, mom is about 5'6" and dad is around 6 foot. He was about 3 weeks early though so that may explain it.

Flag Idea - ......get that velcro tape stuff....stick the one side to your flag...stick the other side to the window and then velcro it up anytime you need. At the end of the cruise...the velcro tape will come off the wall and the flag.

Now - still haven't figured out how I'm gonna put ours up on the verandah..

CJS - any ideas on that?

Morning all!

I'm about to go into an all day advanced Excel class so I won't be around... but I just wanted to check before I ordered... anyone interested or needing a vinyl pouch to go with their lanyard? I'm planning to get one for each person to hold their pass, fastpass, room key etc. We are at WDW for a whole week beforehand so I didn't want to wait till we got on the ship to buy their lanyards.

I am going to order breakaway corded lanyards (not thick enough to hold pins) and vinyl pouches and they come in multiple quantities...
