Hi everyone! Is it too late to join this group?

We just booked this cruise after our plans changed for doing the August 2007 repo. We're a family of 4 -- two boys, ages 10 & 7.

We have some big life changes coming (DH is starting his own company), so this might be one of our last vacations for a while. Had to use that repo deposit somewhere....figured sooner was better than later!

Anyway, looking forward to a fun double dip, seeing The Flying Dutchman and meeting some great DIS'ers!

I am currently at 12 points for the day. I am making a ceaser salad with grilled chicken for dinner tonight. That will be 8 points. That leaves me 2 for popcorn and 1 for a chocolate smoothie hybid thingie that we make! I will still have 2 extra to save for Saturday....I need a caramel apple!

If you have not already posted it I am going to need the recipe for that "chocolate smoothie hybid thing".

DD raised a couple of cow on our land. DGS named one meatloaf and one t-bone. DD named the other beefy. They were yummy, grass fed.
