Ok, I just re-priced my cruise and it is now only $99 more then when I booked in Jan 04. And first seating is wide open.

I thought about doing fantasy. DH doesn't want to .... he is a computer phobe!
ESPN has a free one, as does CBS Sportsline I believe.

This is John's boss and some of his co-workers and ME! The fee is $250 pp but we've always recouped that at least in division wins if not further.

looks like you're getting your wish Brandi... and my original expectation for this game is back on track.

I always do better for a few days after weigh-in. Somehow that motivates me but not for the full week. I think it might be better if I found a Friday meeting sometime just to make myself behave on the weekend! ;)

But hey- 4 pounds lost this week, you're doing great regardless. :)

Thanks everyone for the well wishes......

I found another nanner on ebay for about $9 USD and shipping about the same.

If i get it to FL, Do you think Shirley may have something at her store to blow it up?

I can just see putting it through the xray at the port, :rotfl2: or in our boarding pictures. :lmao:

You can leave it with the photographer to pass around for our boarding pictures. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

My DH does a football pool with the guys at work. He is tied with one of the other guys for this week. It comes down to points....he said the total points would be 42 and the other guy said 41. So anything less and the other guy wins....anything over and Dh wins. That is why I not only want a win...but I want the points to be high!!!!

As to washer geeks - I have the new Kenmore top-loading HE, which just replaced the old Kenmore Calypso - just so you know the depths of my depravity.

The blue one? I was looking at that. We will be getting a new set when, or should I say if, we finish the addition. As long as the ones we have hold out that long.

Well the eagles are winning....but I want more points!!!!!

poor greenbay. they really looked like they could stay in the game. OW, I really am tired of listening to the announcers. they keep saying the game is not over because Favre is playing. It takes more than one person to win or lose a game. the skinny bald announcer really irritates me. he says the same thing over and over again. some of his comments are just plain dumb. I was really glad they stopped the "ask Tony" bit during the game. It really didn't work well. I watch the game to watch the game, not to see what "Tony" says.

I have one question, why are all the on the sideline people women? do they just interact better with men when they are flexing their muscles? It seems odd to me.

Those cheerleaders must be freezing!!!! It has been cold in PA...at least here. Maybe if they are jumping around alot...but....burrrr:cold:

I wondered the same thing myself!

Not quite as chilly here. I just let the dogs out and was out on the deck in short sleeves, capris and bare feet. Not cheerleader attire, but no problem.

I sat down with DS tonight and talked to him about what to do if he is ever in that situation. I told him that even if he is scared he can pray and God will help him find peace. We were both crying by the time I answered his questions. I felt better after we talked though. I hate feeling the need to talk to him about this. :(

It's so sad that we're in an age where this is a discussion all parents should have with their kids. :( I've been terribly shaken up ever since the whole thing at Columbine.

They will probably either think we are funny, nutty, or strange. I guess it all depends on who is witnessing us!!!!
Well, I think they will SO want to be us!! :smooth: :cool1:
