Momma, what happens if the lightening hits the plane? Will we fall down and break into lots of pieces?

When the plane started down the runway to take off she grabbed my hand and yelled WHOAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

She thought it was so way cool when she could see everything from the air. However, she said that she couldn't see the Washington Monument. When I told her that we weren't in DC she said....but momma, we can see everything from up here!

As we got into the clouds she asked...Momma, are we in outer space now?

ROFLMAO!!!!! Well, after all the speculation about whether or not the kids missed a day of school on Friday I had a few messages from the county alert system. The first was that school was doing a 2 hour delay on Friday. I thought OH WELL...we planned on them missing that day so we will just deal with 9 days planned & 6 more for illness open for the rest of the year. A couple messages later they closed the school Friday!!!!!! WHOOOOHOOO!!!! You guys are going to start thinking that I have people WAY up there to manage this one.
