12/09/06 Cruise Continued ~ Pirating Bananas DIS Geekorama Part 2 Part 5

First day of school tomorrow. From 7:45 - 8:30 DD had gotten out of bed three times. She was so jacked up I couldn't get upset at her. I pulled out the secret weapons (books) and rubbed her back and finally she fell asleep.

We read: "First Grade Here I come" (It was neat to see Henry graduated with her), "First Day Jitters" (She got a kick out of the surprise ending), "the Night before First Grade" and "First Grade Stinks" (which she shook her head at the antics of the little girl but I think that summed up some of the changes from K to 1 that she was feeling).

So I need to make sure I have all of her things together. I have the biggest stress headache. If I feel like I am going to puke I can't even imagine how her little 6 year old mind is racing.

when your done with that...i've got a kitchen/sunroom i've love help with.

After our deck project (started mid Sept-finshed mid february oh wait there's still a couple boards that still need more screws)

I haven't the energy to start anything else yet.

I have a few screws loose myself Kristina! And there are no smilies available in my reply box. Screws loose in our deck that I built 3 or 4 years ago, that is. And some I still haven't put in. LOL. So don't feel bad. DW liked that project because I had boots that matched my tool belt. Arooo! Anyway, I may have to do that the wek after next. Next weekend is Club 33 brunch. ooh ooh!

Remember guys, that was the night someone stole my computer that was still logged in as me - and caused all that ruckus . . . Boy, am I glad the FBI tracked him down and got my computer back . . .

Sophia is in bed . . . somehow Amy got her in bed while I was walking the dog - in bed by 9:00 - that is a 3 month record!

Nope...it's just scarey to think that someone really said that. On the other hand, the fact that so many of us thought of that might be scarier.

I went to pick up a few more things for the GSs for school (backpack, socks, etc) and found some more things for guess what?? THE CRUISE!! Our local department/grocery store is having 60% off the last clearance price on summer stuff. I got Aaron 2 more pair of shorts for $2.99 each and a pair of athletic shoes (for the Costa Maya ruin trip) for $7.99, regular 30 some bucks! I also got a couple of shirts for DrHug since they were just giving stuff away. He got a very pretty tropical shirt and a t-s***t that says "Grandpa is the Name, Spoilin' is the Game" on the front. It was just so appropriate for him and just a few bucks!

Yeah.....and DH had an evil plan to get himself some more computer time by pretending to be me and get me in all kinds of trouble. That's it..... So Lisa when you start to ban people for their bad behavior you should really go after him!
