The kids had leftover pasta. DD is in bed. DS and DH are watching the latest episode of Power Rangers and I have a Healthy Choice Chicken Enchilada meal in the microwave! Who wouldn't want my life!

We don't feel DD is ready to go to the theater so we take turns taking DS to movies he wants to see. I wanted to go see Cars with him so I got to go and DH still has not seen it. I am sure we will get it as soon as it comes out on DVD and I am hoping it is on the Magic in the theater so DS and DH can see it then together.

We (Sophia and I - I have yet to discover where Amy is - while it is her golf night, the clubs are still in the garage . . .) took our dog Lexi to a lake nearby tonight to see if she could swim. Honestly, a friend of mine who has a black lab asked if I wanted to bring Lexi to the lake and see how she does. She loves the kiddy pool water, but has never been swimming.

It was pretty comical at first, but she got the hang of it. Here are some pictures . . .

And FINNALY got the nerve to jump in!

We definitely paid more than $89 each way from ALbany, NY - I think it was $150. each way and we had to buy 5 tickets ugh. Waiting for a price drop - sometime we exchange the tickets 3 different times for fare changes. LOL.

I will keep checking.

I guess I also overpaid for the trip insurance - not thru Disney. But the 85 yr old MIL definitely threw our prices way off - I checked with her in the party and without and the price went way up because of her age I guess.

Are there any other senior citizens in our group that I can tell her about?
Hubby leaves for Kenya for 2 weeks and I am trying to get him to get our pics together before he goes but he is a little overloaded. Because I do want to post our bio etc.

Hello Everyone! I'm DisneyVegas1 and Momofpandn's sister, the much younger and prettier one ! My DH and I are very excited- we have just booked our first cruise with Disney but are no strangers to the cruising world. Micky Mouse her I come!

tynkerbell - I have been studying and studying and have narrowed it down to several choices but now DH has objections.

I'm going to book the Romance package. Then we get the Rainforest for the week. A facial if the blotch report doesn't scare me off.

Defintely Palo for dinner and brunch.

For whatever reason Mr. Adventure (hubby) is not interested in parasailing - why can the kids do it at the Contemp. but not on the cruise? He also is opposed to the stingray adventure because he had a tussle with a stingray while diving.

So, the Kohunlich ruins in Costa Maya - my Blue Guide to Mexico recommends these. Maybe a catamaran sail in Cozumel - the kids love the snorkelling - or we might rent a car - anyone doing this?

Are there any scuba divers - Cozumel is supposed to be a great dive destination? Hubby would like to dive but there is not enough time to do 2 tours I don't think.

Then on Castaway we may just hang out and bicycle and snorkle from the beach, unless I can talk hubby into the stingray thing for the kids. We are torn between the fun kids club activities and just hanging out together as a family.

Is there any rock climbing on board or at CC?

Actually my wife and I , and my DS are Avid divers , we just got back from Coz Sat from another nice dive trip ....but you are right there really wouldnt be time to do an excursion and a two tank dive as well ...

Or now that the limbo is not on our first night at Parrot Cay - we could skip this dinner as well.

Lisa - I am so happy that you mentioned the time change - that will make a world of difference. Hopefully for me - because I usually knock out shortly after the kids.
Definitely could make a late Palo reservation then after the time change.

Nope , Bubbeez is a take off of her nick name Bubba , which when me and my other sisters oldest kids couldnt say her real name , which is Brandy "Aunt Brandy " turned to Aunt Bubba and then just to Bubba
