Victim of 13 kidney stones total since I was 24 , and they are the worse pain ...

Youchie! I will never be one of those women who say men don't know pain (when they're talking about labor) because I learned real fast I'd rather deal with labor than stones!

Hey John! :wave2:

You need to come out my way and try our coasters. We do have one of those with your feet dangling. And a huge wooden coaster. Not that I would know what they are like though. ;)

FWIW - if anyone uses PP...I had two fradulent PP emails this weekend. Paypla onfirmed within minutes they were fradulent. Be careful!

NEVER click on anything in an email! It is terrible how they can take advantage of some people. :(

Well, it looks like I will miss the next milestone. DS is breathing down my neck to get on the computer. See ya later!

I used to think I'd add points to the CR however since we stayed there this past March/April we really liked the new rooms and the walk to MK but we're not as crazy about the theme. Now, if VAKL rumor were true I would have to get a second job

We originally bought our points at VB, and had not even stayed there until this spring (we loved it btw) . . . we then added on when BCV opened, and then we added on when SSR opened. I did a shorter loan for BCV, so it will be paid next spring, VB not that long thereafter.

This next spring break, we are staying at VB and BCV. . . we have been staying at OKW lately because we love the resort, but we have now stayed everywhere on site but BW and SSR. Because of our change in flight, we will stay one night at SSR.

While DVC was an investment, like you said V, I started adding up the costs of staying at WDW with cash, and it just made sense to make the plunge. Since it never seemed like we saved enough for vacation, this has made things MUCH easier for us. We love our DVC.

When we go, we do not even venture to other parts of Orlando . . . WDW is plenty for us, although we may try the dolphin swim at Seaworld sometime.

And no John. Have not gotten a camera yet. Hoping it will be an early Christmas present. :thumbsup2

Same here. We have gone to Orlando every year since 1998 and have not gone anywhere but WDW. (Well, we did venture down to Kennedy Space Center one trip. ) We bought VWL and then added on points (cash) at BCV when that opened. We have stayed at BCV - love the short walk to Epcot!- and OKW. Looks like we will be staying at VWL this year if the waitlist does not come thru. We like OKW because of the tropical atmosphere, we LIVE in an area like VWL.

Well, it was dreary here all day, but now the sun has come out - I need to check the weather for tomorrow to see if we are in for any rain . . .

It has been very dry this last month - we had a very wet spring, and very dry since the 4th of July. Originally I thought I might never turn on our sprinkler system, but Amy told me she was embarassed that our grass was turning brown. So last night I turned it all on - you guessed it, it rained last night!

A cloudy day here as well. We will probably get some storms late this afternoon and on/off through Monday night. The rest of the week looks pretty nice for late August. Mid 80s and sunny. :)

DS is now watching George of the Jungle with Brendan Fraser. At least this movie gives me something better to look at! ;)

Angie,

We REALLY love VWL, the atmosphere of the WL is just so perfect! The only drawback is that it is such a busy place! We are looking forward to the short walk to Epcot in the spring, as we just LOVE Soarin - rode it over and over this last trip. We bought BCV right when it opened, but have only stayed there once. My original reservations were for BCV for our stay before and after the cruise, but I switched them to OKW at the 7 month window. The CM told me I would probably make someone very happy, as most are looking to go the other direction.

I think that is why DH came to the conclusion he doesn't like the Poly but loves AKL, WL, etc...I LIVE for/LOVE the beach/tropics....I can't wait until retirement. But since we live at the beach I guess it isn't such a turn on.

Patsy,

Whenever you get a chance to sign back on, I wonder if you have ever come across a site called etsy.com? I just found out about it this weekend, and it is really cool.

It is an online marketplace for crafters and artists, where they sell their stuff at from what I have seen are very reasonable prices. I am even beginning to wonder if I should try to sell some of my photography there . . . really neat site. There are people who sell quilts there too.

Only 9 more to a pirate: , but we seem to be going slow this afternoon.

DD just woke up. She seems like she is in a pretty good mood. She is currently playing with some of her toys here in the living room. :)

If we get moving I might be able to stick around for the milestone. I don't know how much longer that little ball popper thing she is playing with will keep her entertained. ;)

Well guys, I'm going to let someone else get it. I promised a friend that I would scan and print some pictures for him this weekend - he is computer illiterate, so I better get that done now.
