For some reason she just seems so much smaller than DS and I think she would love the little princess toddler bed. Decisions...decisions....

Both of us! She just loves the characters and gets so excited with she sees "Rella". I imagine she really would love it but I am sure the novelty would wear off eventually and then I would have to turn around and buy her a twin bed anway. I may compromise and get the twin bed but with princess sheets!

Well I gotta go get my princesses...DH has a playoff game tonight, so if I can get them to bed early I can have a night to myself!! Do they sell toddler sleeping pills? JK!! I swear Samantha can function on no sleep!! It drives me nuts....part of the problem is they take 2 hour naps at school....great for the teachers, sucks for me!

To my fellow cruisers in reasonable distance to the Philly airport: Southwest now has $59 one way PHL-MCO available. (Rates are only available through Dec 10). So our family is now getting to Orlando for about $200 less than we were before!! (and when the rates come out for later in Dec, I can book the return trip using the funds from the original reservation!)

Anyway, for those flying Southwest from Philly or elsewhere, see if you have a better deal, too.

Yes Marielle - we've been watching BWI. That's closer for us. Will you try to remember to PM me when you see the rates get posted for the return. I never thought about buying them separately. I figured I'd wait for the return rates to come out and get them. I check every few days.

Karen, I went ahead and booked one-way at 99 when they came out because I didn't want to be left with just the higher fares. I figured if lower fares or DINGS came, then I'd rebook at the cheaper fare and cancel the 99 for credit. Now I'll use the credit toward the return flight.

Plus, Southwest had the flight times I really liked: Nonstop leaving at 2:30 pm and getting in around 5. That way the girls can go to school in the morning and I can pull them out for an "appointment" at lunchtime. They're only permitted 5 excused days for a trip; so they're officially in school on Friday.

(now your original comment is probably 5 pages away because I had to stop to break up a fight and get a snack for DS3--but, hey, he agreed to a snack of carrots!!!)

Well, now I am just waiting for DH to get home so that I can go to the store for salad stuff. YIKES!!! It is 107 out there! I will have to take his car since it will be cooled off with the AC.

I have finished doing most of the things on my list. One more toilet seat to replace & it is in the back of the Explorer...not going in there with it 107 on the outside of the car. OY! I picked up new ones last week & DH changed the one downstairs. The smell was gone!!!! I did the hall one upstairs but it still smelled. I wiped down the floorboards again...then noticed the shower curtain. ACK!!!! That just came out of the washer & is hanging up to dry. MUCH better in that bathroom now! DS hasn't been having a good day and I am about to explode if I have to clean up after him one more time!

Karen, that was my understanding from the good folks on the transportation board. I lived in fear that I would screw things up, because I have never done that. But I just booked the new ones and then canceled the old ones and now have Southwest Ticketless Trip Funds (credit) to use within the next year. The transportation board experts actually do it by having one window open with booking the new ones and one window open canceling the other ones, so that the credit immediately becomes available to use on the new booking.

Where does it say that? It was the eastern cruise last year 12/10/05 but I changed everything for this one.
