On the second page again.... :sad2:

I hope everyone is enjoying their Sundays. I have another day of cooking ahead of me. ;) We grilled burgers for lunch. I tried to make homemade baked french fries but I forgot to spray the pan and they stuck to it. Oops! I also made another batch of Nathan's favorite baked beans so at least I had one side for the burgers. I also have a batch of beef jerky marinating that I will put in the dehydrater this evening. I also made my tomato mixture for the bruschetta we are having this evening with grilled shrimp. Yum!

Now all I left to do today is to make banana bread and a two batches of brownies, prepare the shrimp for the grill and broil my bread for the bruschetta. :faint:

I then need to start packing for our 4th of July getaway to my parents house. We are leaving right after work on Tuesday so we need to have the car packed by tomorrow night.

Well I should probably get off here now, huh? I hope to check in later...maybe the kids will both take a nap. ;)

I'm cleaning and watching the concert for Diana today (lots of neat performances).
Trey's brother may stop by today, so we need to pick up the mess (and fold all the laundry that I've been ignoring!)

PJ :cheer2:

Happy Canada Day!

nope, we will watch fireworks from the balcony though.

Is Canada Day like our 4th of July?

Just posting to let you guys know that John, Amy, Sophia & Bobby arrived in town yesterday safely. :) The kids were so excited to see Bobby waiting at the door to greet us that they almost forgot Sophia was out at the pool. We spent the afternoon with them catching up while the kids put their scales to good use in the pool and the ocean.

Angie....hope that you had a great acre sale!!!

Becca....GREAT pictures of the kids!!!!

Brandi....sorry to hear that you are having problems with TL. Back in the day when I did Ebay I couldn't have done any auctions with dial up without it. :grouphug:

Brandi....those t-****s for the kids are adorable for your trip!!!

Pulling a Lisa with the quick edit, huh?

Marielle....Super Bubba is a cuttie pie! :goodvibes

Brack....so now you are admitting to stalking that poor CM? :rotfl2:

Annette dancing at CC with Bobby and Devon in the background.
Caroline's DDs Sarah is there too with Amanda stepping out of the picture.

Dennis & Angie....when I cleaned out the desk last week I found the disc of pictures that you sent me. I need to get those uploaded to snapfish for you!!! :sad2:

Dennis....regarding the Ebay hawks that show up days early. Everything is double the price until the day of the sale. ;)

Kim....so glad to hear about Savannah's success in her latest competition. :cool2: I have to say that there just isn't a thread like this one. I think that I am going to stick closer to home for a while. I've really missed everyone here lately. :grouphug: Besides...when you have the Geeks...who needs another thread?

Kim....btw....I would skip the wedding.

Well....I need to finish my order for a laptop for work. The deal ends tonight so I have to decide on the final couple of options. BBS!

Bella, January '09!

Me and mom are hoping to do one of the last two cruises in January or the first cruise in Febuary, which ever John/Amy, Angie/Dennis and others can do.

NOTE TO JOHN....BE SURE TO BRING THIS UP TO MIKE THIS WEEK AROUND THE POOL!!!! :rotfl:

75k is alot of posts....I can't believe we made it this far. Are we still ahead of the repo group? I know for a while they were on a record pace but it looked like it had slowed down quite a bit.
