I noticed it on 7/5, so maybe you made your tag statement on the 4th or 5th?

When you said about the tag I was:confused3 . I thought you just noticed the new avatar....I didn't even look!!!! :scared1:

I am a nut...what can I say!!!

I was thinking that if I noticed it on the 5th, maybe the tag fairy was inspired by something you posted on the 4th or 5th?? Maybe that would help you in finding when you first said it!

Only geeks like us could fill two pages of posts about Brandi's new tag and the confusion surrounding it! :lmao:

More Confusion...now Jake wants to know what a Woozle is...so...what in the heckla is a WOOZLE??????

The best I can do...a Hephelump a Woozle is very CONFUSEL a Hephelump a Woozle's very sly..sly...sly...sly. They come in ones and toozles so if you so choozles before your eyes you'll see them multiply...ply...ply.

I know they are black, they're brown, they're up, they're down, they're far, they're near, they're gone, they're here, they're quick, they're slick, they're insincere, BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Jake isn't buying my answer...any help.

I got my turbo lister working. I had to completely remove my existing lister and reinstall it. I tried one listing out and it worked perfectly. I have 50 things to list. Good times at the Kline house!!!! :rotfl:

I found my post that gave me my tag!!!

It was on the budget board. It was on a thread about bringing back the good ole days.

Here was my reply:
I live in the country where nothing much happens. I never even thought about people not sleeping with their windows open. We usually use AC but there is nothing like sleeping with the windows open on a warm spring night.

This thread is a lot of fun.

The things I loved to play with as a kid are coming back!!! Yah!!!!

I made that post on July 1. Mystery solved....I was tagged sometime after last SUNDAY!!!! :dance3:

off to turbo lister...

Sure that's not the Pink Elephants...:rotfl:

I just want you to know that I have enjoyed this whole conversation - had me chuckling out loud, and if that tag fairy is watching anytime, you should have another tag, because the summer turning your brains into "fried eggs" just cracked me up!

When I am not working I am lucky to know the day of the week...much less the date!!!! If it wasn't for going to church on Sunday I would not have a clue!!!!

John has a hobby, geek watching. See any good specimens lately, John?

I got that way last week on vacation . . . it was the LAZIEST vacation we have ever taken. I only left the place we were staying twice - once on our ONE and ONLY time eating out (at the Sanitary - and btw Brack, have not loaded the Bert's photos yet) and once to go to a little town called Beaufort.

I had no idea what day it was. I walked to the beach, walked to the pool, walked to our condo, and that was about it. I could not even remember what days Lisa and family were there and were not there - the only day I could keep track of was the actual 4th of July!

How I wish I could lose track of days again . . . rough, long day at work today, getting the payback for all the relaxation last week.

I love those quiet vacations where you lose all sense of time. One trip to Carolina Beach I read the first three books of the Foundation series by Asimov (not a short read).

I wish I could do that again. :cloud9:

Don't I know that!

"I am Hari Seldon!"

One of the first SF series I EVER read . . . when I was a HS kid. Asimov was my FIRST favorite SF writer - I have read all of his books. I got started with "The Naked Sun". I love how all the books tied together in the Final Foundation novel, Daneel Olivaw was one of my favorite all-time characters.

He is still my favorite author and it is my favorite series. Second is the whole Dune series including the new books by Frank Herbert's son. :coffee:

Brack, I love the original Dune . . . I bought the first book of the new series, but just could not get into it . . . should I give it another try?

Other Favorite "series" authors . . . (SF and Fantasy)

Tolkien
Heinlein
Terry Brooks
Stephen R. Donaldson
Terry Goodkind
Robert Jordan
Arthur C. Clarke
George RR Martin
and, of course,

Rowling (anxiously awaiting the new Harry Potter)
