Since they don't have any special pins or merchandise for the DD cruises....I think that I will play around with the group shirt design to include that.

Found out today that my sister's test came back on a positive note! They do want her to get more tests in 6 months to see if there are any changes. Now I am free to book our "girl" trip! I wish it were tomorrow though. DDs are driving me nuts!! DH was supposed to be home tomorrow, but extended for another week. And he wants to know what he is supposed to do with the kids for 5 days!! hmmmmmm...

Poor Baby....home alone with the kiddos! I am so happy that your sisters tests turned out in the clear! That is a huge relief for you and your family! Enjoy your girls trip!!!!!

OK, I fiddled with the design I did earlier to update it a bit. I'm thinking that this would go on the back with a smaller version of the top lettering on the front side...maybe with a name or DIS ID? By putting the bigger picture on the back we would eliminate the concern of positioning. Iron ons would be printed with white printing to put on dark colored Tshirts or black printing to put on light colored shirts.

Hey Lisa, Have you ever seen that website cafepress.com? We could submit a design there and they screen it for you. That way everyone can order a shirt when they have time/money and they have all kinds of sizes (up to 4x). The owner of the design can determine what shirt types/colors can be offered (camis, t's, long sleeve, sweats, onesies, bags, etc.....)

When someone from our group is ready, they can place their own order and such.

I have ordered from them before and really liked the shirt I got.

OK, here's the thing with having it with one of those companies...you can't use copywrited images or words. I plan on posting the image on the website...or I can email everyone including the names to add on to each shirt front. You just need to get a tshirt, iron on stuff & voila!

I'm happy to announce that our pool is officially open...well....it is open...probably not officially. It took exactly 1 week. The boys (and I) have been in it. The boys lived in it this whole weekend and I got so hot by Sunday that I took the plunge. It is really great.

Okay - I'm so busy this week at work, but I'll catch up as soon as I can.

Hey there, V!!! Long time no chat. One of the recent cruisers had lime green bracelets made up with an alternative Mickey head & a small picture of the ship on it with the cruise date. He had to go thru quite a bit to get them to accept a final design. I did email two companies back when we first started talking about this & honestly it was turning out to be a hassle of what is PC & what we could get away with.

We had talked about wearing them for boarding day. It would make it easier to spot each other. I have been thinking about where I could find some plain bags to iron on the design like Kristina mentioned. Hmmm....I'll have to start looking! That would be cool!

I am loving the shirts. I always prefer a big logo on the back of the shirt because I have enough going on in front. I know what you are thinking... I mean gut!

If we go to Cafepress.com at http://www.cafepress.com/cp/browse/allproducts.aspx they can produce the shirts/bags/whatever for us. We can either set up a "store" to purchase them or buy the shirts individually ourselves using the "Create your own" option. I believe we can get the shirts in Lime green.

This is how I plan to get the shirts for my Dfamily. I am really bad a getting a neat and tidy iron on.
