Wow! This is exciting, it sounds like several from this group is considering the May repro.

Dennis headed out for work a little while ago. The roads are still icy, we had a hard freeze overnight of the packed snow that is still on the roads. OY! I told him to call when he gets there so I can stop worrying. I stayed home again, I am not doing 25 miles each way in this stuff! Luckily I have lots of leave to take. Our DD went in this morning - she works where I do - and she said it was 10 mph all the way on icy streets. Too much stress for this old lady to endure!

John, I thought about it last night when I noticed the number of posts. I thought that we will probably hit it while dealing with the repo cruise announcement.

Ok, DM is driving me crazy, we talked last night and the fact that would be three week total that we would be away, she said no immediately. I asked why and she said that it would be over pay close, I know she has been the go to girl for over 30 years, but everyone else in the department (at both campuses) has taken month long vacations many times. This would be a once in a life time trip, I think she should talk to her boss before she says no, it is 18 months away, by then they should be prepared to go it alone.

I am going to work on her, we have two weeks before booking opens, so.... I might just be begging for a sofa with one of you, because it is in my head now and I don't want to wait another three years for when DCL might do another PC cruise. (Carla I am so channelling you right now, lol)

ok, I try not to ask for much but please send me some good luck for this interview. This is a really great company - a for profit one (haven't worked for a "for" in a while) and my interview is Friday at 1:30...HR is emailing me an agenda, so I think it will be how we conduct interviews for the department, going through various levels of people. It has been a while since I interviewed. I am thrilled at the interest though and since I put my salary requirements on there, taking the increase in daycare into account....and they didn't toss me, I think it's a good thing!

V... If you need some really good references, you know where we are! Plus, you could get a real variety of titles in there too, Pharmacist, Engineer, Architect, Teacher, V.P.... Best of luck to you!!!

V, you are going to do great. If they know what they are doing they would pick you, just on personally you would add a ton to a company. And even though I don't know your field of work, I would imagine you are pretty good at what you do.

I have ear plugs and a sleep mask, so I am set on my end, lol. And I know now that I could do a cruise on one suitcase, and a couple of rolls of quarters.

Kim - Yes, I do not like to fly. I wish I could find a medication that would render me, ummm, useless! I have flown one domestically and that was to WDW on a senior class tip (I wonder if my friend still has a scar on his arm... ). Then I have flown to Egypt a half a dozen times. The last one was about 5 years ago before Dina. Also, while in Egypt I took a few short flights to Siani. I DID NOT like that I could see the pilot!

If we do the August PC Repo, I plan on renting a car and taking the girls on a tour of the country...

Sorry Todd, the Med Repo is all but out the window.
