I guess I need to see High School Musical and see what all the kids are so stoked about. :rolleyes1 I feel a little out of touch.

I still haven't seen the whole thing. I do find myself listening to the CD when DD is not in the car. I even have a favorite song.

Oh and the next Disney Musical is some jump rope thing with Corbin Bleu/Blue whatever. He was also in High School Musical. I have seen the video for it on the Disney channel SO much that the song was stuck in my head for 2 days!! Scary that! :sad2:

Well, I think I need to put this on my New Year must do list. The little shows at WDW were cute. I'm betting we will enjoy it.

Jump rope is cool! We met a couple of kids a few years ago (friends of friends) that competed. They demonstrated for us abit. Very fun.

I got Popcorn 2 - software to burn DVDs onto my iPod. I couldn't recall the program John used at the time. Of course I remember it NOW after I already purchased Popcorn 2. Isn't that always the way. I want to move some old home movies over. I think it would be cool for the kids to see my mom. It will make me feel good I know.

I was in the Apple Store recently scoping out how to use my gift certificates that DH got for me. I did use last years Christmas money to get a new iPod case and the software. I copied my nephews case.

I also got the best of Electric Company DVD for my birthday! I loved that show! I sat down and watched a couple of episodes with Isabella. She actually enjoyed watching it with me. I remember SO much about that show.

Dennis put some our our old home movies and videos on DVD. He had transferred my parents movies from the late 50' up thru the 70's to VHS way, way back. Now they are on DVD. They are truely priceless. They got their movie camera when I was 6....that would be 1956. ;) I love that I have movies of my Grandma who passed away 17 years ago last Nov. She still smiles at me. :thumbsup2

I remember my kids watching Electric Company. But Sesame Street and Mr. Roger's Neighborhood was DS's absolute favorites.

I'm so tired. I think I had better turn in. Stay healthy Angie! have a nice evening. See ya Amy during your next drive by.

Hey Todd re your next purchase - MacWorld is Jan 9th so watch for the Steve Jobs keynote at 9A from the Moscone Center. By the time your warranty ends you'll have OS X 10.5 Leopard and some next superneat update or addition to the Mac family, so its all good! Glad to hear you are back up, sorry about the photos though. Yours was a caution to me that I haven't backed up all my photos recently - gotta do that. Put that on the resolution list...

Night!!

I LOVE that Angie!! Such memories!

I'm going to turn in also. Early for me, but my day started at 5 am, so I am tired.

Happy birthday, Marielle! (just a tad late!)

Oh I liked Mr.Rogers for years - when my sister (didn't want to ) watch it 10 yrs later especially in the make believe land! I was older for Sesame Street but I remember when it started and I found it funny. Electric Company started in the fall of 1971 so I really remember it.

Its funny I was thinking how that couple of years makes a difference with kids likes dislikes and shows. I remember my nephew who is almost 10, loved Raffi, Sesame Street, Barney, Tellatubbies, Blues Clues and Zoom. Then 3 yrs later, DD tolerated Raffi (barely), thought Barney was ok, liked Tellatubbies, Sesame Street, Zoom and Blues Clue transitioned from Steve to Joe. Its funny to hear them dialogue which is a better show. Now the youngest is 2 1/2 and he doesn't love Sesame Street. He likes it but no where like any of us. How bizarre that is to me. The PBS shows are more cartoony vs. people and interactive (also bizarre to me). He knows more about Star Wars than either of them did at his age. Interesting.

I believe I ran into the Bathroom bat at Animal Kingdom!!

I succumbed to DIS pressure and finally purchased Disney Scene it. I was dying to play it when you guys first started discussing it! I hope to finally do so this weekend.
You've put away your Christmas stuff Caroline - Oy - it took so long to put it up I'd hoped to leave it there until February. :rolleyes1

psst! I meant the presents and stockings since our only decoration out this year was the tree.:rotfl:
