LOL! DS is always saying that we will be geeks on the PC cruise even though all of our geek friends wont be with us. He told his teacher about the green peopl & that we are geeks & she asked me if it was an ok thing.

Well, I think that he actually thinks that his momma is a geek and finds that quite funny!

We slept very well in the new MH! Neighbors probably think we are nuts! DGS was Way more fun than the jobs we have now though.

It is so geeky - it is COOL!!!

Sounds like such fun - like when we were kids and would camp out in the back yard!

(we have lots of time to figure out the USC- OSU tickets - we have two to start with.)

That is exactly what we felt like! Kids camping out in the yard. DrHug called me today from WM (after getting his plates for his car) and he was SHOPPIN'! Coffee maker, toaster, frying pan.

I am so glad to hear what a good time you guys are having. It makes me feel good to see you getting such joy out of this, and acting like kids. It gives me hope that I am not the only one who still gets like this about such things.

I had to post this here too, because it is so awe inspiring . . .

So I went over there to check the EB thread . . .

What I do is, when I close my laptop, I leave my browser open with all the active tabs. I opened a tab to their last page at 10:30 last night, and refreshed that page today . . .

In 24 hours, they have done 101 pages . . .

So that is 1515 posts or there about.

That's just a little over one post a minute.

Now I know what Lisa means when she says that thread never sleeps!

I'm sure we hit that pace from time to time, but I have seen that be pretty consistent with them, about 100 pages a day!

I did not immediately see any posts by him over there, and was not about to go searching!

So I went over there to check the EB thread . . .

What I do is, when I close my laptop, I leave my browser open with all the active tabs. I opened a tab to their last page at 10:30 last night, and refreshed that page today . . .

In 24 hours, they have done 101 pages . . .

So that is 1515 posts or there about.

That's just a little over one post a minute.

Now I know what Lisa means when she says that thread never sleeps!

I'm sure we hit that pace from time to time, but I have seen that be pretty consistent with them, about 100 pages a day!

I just cannot even imagine it. We have some retired people on our thread - and I would guess if you have some that maybe they can keep up. I had enough trouble with this one.

We are going at a nice measured pace that I can keep up with on the WB thread. Someone said we are like the tortoise to the EB Hare, but we will win the race as WE get to sail first!!!

Could not convince myself to pull the trigger Carla . . . It boiled down to what I want, vs. what I NEED. In an unusual twist, what I need won out.

So my name won't be on that wall of fame. We'll see what other incentives are offered later though!
