Guess some traditions got lost on the trail west!

Both are yummy - but one is chicken pie (with crust) and the other is chicken pot pie (with dumplings or big noodles). But for the eating, the labels don't really matter. Wind chill is minus 12 here right now - and I would take either.

And as DrHug says - the kind with apples and crust is even better

Yes, it is definitely a chicken pie, or chicken pot pie, or chili, kind of day here. Time to go to the grocery store!

Santa brought Hannah the new shuffle for Christmas. Our friends at Apple should have had the pretty colorful ones available in time for the big elf, you know.

I'm on my way out the door to Charleston, WV but wanted to post the pictures of Bobby's trip to Ocean City, MD.

It must have been an exciting journey for Bobby because he slept in the next morning while Annette and I had to go to meetings all day!

Only if it goes thru the Canal. This is a way big dream for me!

Hey won't you be retired by then. You can go to the Canal and cruise in 12/08!

Annette and Bobby spent some time on the balcony just watching the sea roll in ...... sounds like a Jimmy Buffet song doesn't it?

I would like to do 12/08 too, also, in addition to. YES!!!! I just like the December Cruises best for some reason. Maybe it's just to get into some warmer weather for a few days. End of January and early February were nice too. Water at CC was a little colder by then though. AND, no Christmas stuff going on. It would be fun to may do an Alaska Cruise with the Geeks. Early August, some year.

Our adopted granddaughter (Kimberly Marie) even spent some time playing with Bobby. He was very good with her.

Here's something you don't see everyday ...... a snow covered beach!

It snowed the Thursday night in Ocean City, MD enough to cover the beach all the way up to the water. It was a cool sight.

Yes, I think Linda is one of the blabbermouths, and yes we have been a part of that group. Like all others there are nice and not so nice....well, except this group. I think we were blessed to not have the not so nice.

i'd be ok with staying there but not sure i want more points to do it....

Aren't there supposed to be some units finished by Spring this year?

It would make for a nice short Thanksgiving stay.
