We had a great party last night!!!! What a blast! I was only a wee bit hung over today....oops!!!

We spent today as a do nothing day!!! It has been great!!!! We were all home together today! My DH put Eliza's birthday Kitchen together. The kids have been having a blast playing with it. We even watched a few movies together.

We had pork and kraut for dinner today....a new years tradition!

Pork and Kraut is traditional in this neck of the woods too, but not in this house! Amy likes it, but NOT me! The whole house smells like Kraut for a week when she cooks it!

Sophia was at Amy's cousin's house last night (they have a 3 year old boy that adores Sophia). Alex and I picked her up and stayed for NY, and they had Pork and Kraut. Luckilly, I am so stuffed up that I could not even smell it!

We went to see Charlotte's web today - it was very sweet. The computer work was great and I liked Julia as the voice of Charlotte.

Alex is home until January 16th for winter break. He is enjoying sleeping, and being off. FYI Carla, he has also been watching all the episodes of seasons 1 and 2 of BG.

Yes, it appears that Lloyd Carr cannot win a bowl game, OR beat OSU since Jim Tressel became our coach. USC looks like they took a page out of OSU's victory over Michigan playbook.

Did I tell you Angie that one of Alex's good friends (a girl) who was also a debater is a Sophomore at USC? He got to see her over break.

I am sitting here with one heck of a cold. Christa came down with strep and an ear infection earlier this week & I think I just wore myself out trying to get her better.

Happy Birthday to Marielle, Brandy, Eliza, Savannah, and the twins. Sorry I know I can't spell the twins names.

I hope everyone has a wonderful new year. DH & I decided we will not be taking anymore long trip during the holidays. We really were stretched thin. His Dgrandmother and my Dgrandfather are not doing well. Luckily we got to see grandma before Christa or I got sick. she is so frail that I would have been nervous being in the same room with her with this cold. we are hoping to go see my grandfather for his birthday.

Great game....but I do not think Michigan played like a #2 or #3 team....


today was a great day, rainy and John had to work, but in between tooling around on the PC I sat and played with the girls....we had fun. A lot of fun. I got a makeover!

2007 promises to be a wonderful for us all ---- I hope!!

So now I have a problem. I have two people that I care about very much that will be rooting for separate teams in the next game. And they both love the game. Guess I will just have to hope both teams play up to their very best that day and may the best team win.
