I am putting a box together for my mom and dad. They will be taking care of the dogs, coal stoker, mail, fish, house...you name it. They are even taking us and picking us up at the airport. Anyway, they will get an envelope or package for each day and I am doing it to the tune of 12 days of christmas. I still need 3 days...any ideas????

Here is what I have so far. (the knock at the door and delivery are each flower deliveries) Each day will be put into a seperate card so that they don't know what they are getting for the other days...does this make sense??? Anyway, I still need 3 ideas!

How about:
some Hugs and Kisses (the Hershey kind!)
some Christmas music (a new CD or make your own compilation CD on iTunes)
a small Christmas-scented candle

So. I will e-mail out the Newsletter Terminal Edition to the list and host it on my .mac folder,Terminal Edition - DDD Newsletter .

I will have several copies with me at the terminal for those who have left home already or do not have a printer.

taken the girls' charm bracelets to the jeweler to add the charms.
picked up clothes at the dry cleaner.
done some Christmas decorating.
taken DD to the library for the babysitting job.
watched Carolina basketball (in progress).

NO ONE WAS OVERLOOKED! I was making a list of the first names that came to mind. I see now that I should have listed everyone, with their cuurent post counts, in order of least to greatest, with the date and time of their last post, a running count of the 00 pirates as well as a staistical analysis of the ratio of 00 pirates to 000 pirates as well as a study of the 99 and 01 pirates as well....When I figure how to get everyone's individual crust factor built into that, I get to that too...

Sorry, I overlooked that as well.

I have made up my mind on the packing & since DH just left with the kids for the downtown parade, I will have a little over an hour to work on it.

DS is starting to complain that I don't have time to do anything with him because all I do is get ready for "the stinking cruise."

okay, we ended up going out a getting another suitcase last night. it is one of the larger ones. we will have three large suitcase, one rolling garmet bag, one smaller rolling suitcas (pirate costumes only), a shoe bag, and a medicine bag. I hope that will be all. we will each have a carry on for the plane. I really am worried about the medicine bag getting lost between the airport & port. I will carry our prescribed stuff but the medicine bag will have the over the counter stuff that costs an arm & a leg on board. I never thought packing for this long would be this hard. DD wants a different outfit each night at dinner, so do I, DH says he & DS can wear the same thing every night--I think not dear. don't forget to pack shoes to go with all the dinner wear-OY. each person should have a sweat shirt and at least two pair of jeans/sweats. each person needs several swim suits. the list keeps going & going.

I have to go hem DSs pants and still make it to church. Have to run. It was great chatting last night.

Just remember to breathe, breathe, and relax. funny I think I will be doing that in about a week.

Hey ya'll!!! Well I am now sitting down for a break!! At this rate I am going to be WORN out for the cruise.
Got lots of laundry finished and man, I feel like packing the car up!! My hardest thing is the seperate bag for WDW......

Luggage claim tip.

We tie a strip of fabric to each suitcase to make the luggage claim go faster. So all we have to do is look for yellow w/bugs, yellow w/bugs, yellow w/bugs, etc.

We get a cheap roll of LOUD colored ribbon..Same idea... THis year we have blue ribbon and neon dog paw ribbons. (two on each suitcase)

i think it makes it easier on the porters at the end of the cruise too. (when they line them up in customs room.)

On the third day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me a certificate for dinner.

On the fourth day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me hot chocolate with marshmallows.

On the fifth day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me a delivery to the back door.

On the sixth day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me a special card from Jacob.

On the seventh day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me hot coffee and donuts.

On the eighth day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me a treat from Eliza

On the ninth day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me a knock at the back door.

On the tenth day of Vacation the Kline’s left for me

6 years ago today...I was nervously getting my makeup done and sipping champagne. We were married at 5:30, sunset......it was a stunning night.

After much searching........


I FOUND THE MICKEY GLOVES!!!!

I packed them with all the just cruise stuff like the over the door shoe holder. I also found the kid's stockings in that box!!! I had been going crazy trying to find them too.

What i beat Lisa? My mickey gloves have been sitting in a suitcase for two weeks now...

I would like to go out to dinner, but with the game starting at 6, that's a no. I am debated what, if anything, to cook or what I should pick up??!! Johnny has to work tomorrow...his usual day off, since we leave THURSDAY!
